Let go!
Every distortion, behaviour pattern and tightness that we hold within our experience of incarnation is woven from karma. We don’t always have to step into intense past life memories in order to process it out (although if that is on your path, then let it be so). The circumstances of our lives right NOW contain every key we need to unlock the prison that we have built around ourselves...

Once we’ve awoken to this, our task is to become profoundly honest internally. To deny nothing. Our unfolding reveals that the relationship we have with the world we see around us is one we've created ourselves based on our actions through time. Before we process our karma, things are still fragmented.

It’s only when we honour the light within ALL life, that we experience true liberation and freedom from suffering. Our calling is not to simply love those fellow beings who are ‘lovable’ and withhold our light from those who are less attractive or even perceived as 'evil'. Our deepest calling is to find the place inside were we love all beings and let our beingness emanate from this expression. This doesn’t mean we have to stand there and condone acts of gross distortion. Even the darkest of characters hold within themselves a tiny spark of benevolence. It is with this that we connect when we love another unconditionally.

It is easy to remember this with people who exude ‘light’ yet we are shackled by karma, effected by our own withholding of love by not finding this same depth of benevolence for all. Just to be clear; I am not talking about the fluffy 'love is all there is' movement whereby we live in La La Land, abandoning the discernment that determines right action. I'm talking the profound self honest LOVE for all sentient beings that arises when we are truly being authentic.

Only then will the illusionary world fall away. Only then will our soul evolve to a higher plane of existence based on unconditional Love and respect for all life. We cannot bring our karma with us.

Processing karma starts by letting go of that which no longer serves our journey. It's learning by our 'mistakes' and making new choices based on self honesty - no matter what the circumstances. It is walking the path of the soul, guided by only by our highest truth. Releasing karma is accepting that higher consciousness may take us into all of the places that we get stuck. This is LOVE! Do we turn round and raise a fist to higher consciousness for seeming to make our lives hell in that moment? Or do we look deeper in our hearts and find gratitude as we are invited to find something deeper? We are taken into our tightness and fear in order to let go of it, to forgive ourselves and to forgive others.

If you are reading this then your soul is yearning to ascend to a place where we are all united in one loving, cosmic embrace. What else is there to do?

First we must recognise that the only way to ascend is to let go and process our karma. Without this we will always be pulled back into the lower densities. Allow the energy of higher vibrational reality to inspire you offering a reminder of your destiny. Yet let’s not make the mistake of embracing the future whilst ignoring the karma that must be first processed before we move on. Be reminded, yet not attached. Trust that as long as you let go of that which no longer serves your journey and find the depths of unconditional love within your being that all will happen as it is meant to.
