Hi everyone. Here at Openhand we've been busy recording film and audio to assist in the amazing spiritual transformation that is taking place across our planet. I am speaking with people daily who are casting off the veils of limitation and discovering our multi-dimensional capability. Many have been asking for audio guided meditations similar to those we lead in our workshops. Dear Chris,
Thank you so much for the ascension meditation. I downloaded it soon after you posted it and use it often.
I find it both calming & relaxing yet powerful & uplifting and because it requires no 'effort' I cannot find excuses not to make time for it. The music is wonderful and your voice and directions soothing and beautifully timed. During and after the meditation I experience feelings of expanded awareness, which very, very gradually I am able to bring more and more into my daily life.
Thank you so much for making it freely available. I thoroughly recommend anyone who hasn't yet tried it to give it a whirl.
