Wow, Trinity! What a beautiful poem, I've listened to it a number of times and each time it sinks deeper! Thank you for the reminder "to BE like the touch of a feather, what more is there to do" I also especially appreciate the line "When I am me and we are we, Heaven, earth and we are one". I feel the importance of living my truth in each moment, to authentically be and in doing so all can flow perfectly... heaven, earth and we as one! Great job on the video and sound too!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous dear angel!

On Monday it was 40 days since my Ali died and on that day I saw two rainbows. One was a perfect arch that I drove through, as if to another country. It felt like she was reminding me that she has made a transition onto another country - another reality - that I can't yet envision. In her own way she was saying "I give you rainbows, dear heart. What more is there to do?"

So looking forward to seeing you both in a couple of weeks for the coaching time. Oh, and today I watched Peaceful Warrior - at last! How wonderful is that film?! "You have to be out of your mind to come to your senses."

That's so beautiful! Thankyou for sharing the story. There is something so magical about rainbows. They captivate us and the world seems to stand momentarily still... a transition between worlds indeed!

The rainbow by the rather grand water fall in 'The Bridge' video is over Wailua Falls in Kauai (the Hawaiian island known as the 'garden isle') just up the road from my Mum's house. It spoke to me very loudly.

Speaking of rainbows, I watched the movie Australia (again) recently, of which one of the main tunes is 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' - I haven't stopped humming it since.
