22/02/12: "Control simply does not work..."
Have you been following the shenanigans in Greece?
I mean the EU bailout drama of course. Maybe not, you'd be forgiven for getting a touch bored of the debacle. I do think it's important and of great value to bring consciousness to it though, for many evolutionary reasons. Firstly it demonstrates so very well the ultimate fallacy of trying the control the flow. It demonstrates how nothing can stop the evolutionary process and also that if we keep bringing our attention to Right Action in the world, how awakening people can ultimately have a powerful realigning impact...
A flawed system unraveling
I've frequently spoken on Openhandweb how I felt the Euro was a mistake. It's seemed like a massive attempt at controlling people's lives and determining what we can and can't do. Our (current) physical reality is so much underpinned and fueled by the economics, that if a central party controls those financial levers, essentially their pulling on and manipulating every 'thread' within the system.
Was that the original intent? Maybe it was. It matters not, control simply does not work. We're seeing that unwinding itself right now. But what fascinates me, is how supposedly intelligent people still try to hang desperately onto power, even when the last straws are slip sliding through their finger tips. Cest la vie.
In trying to shovel ever more debt onto the Greek people, and taking their resources and infrastructure as security, all that's going to happen is to make an already desperate people even more riotous. From my perspective what's needed right now, is for that control to surrender so that Greece can leave the Eurozone and organise their own lives and their own finances.
Some would say that could result in chaos. But if you take the example of Iceland, the disorder is likely only to last a short while before the people take back their power and their autonomy. When the financial banking system of Iceland collapsed during the 2008 credit crunch, the International Monetary Fund offered huge loans with extremely punishing repayment conditions (just like what's happening in Greece right now). Fortunately the people had the gusto to bring down the government so as the bill could not be ratified, they created a new constitution - across the internet - and created a new system of local sustainability which is now growing well for them.
It's a perfect example of what wants to happen right across Europe. Such independence is even showing signs of surfacing in the USA where individual states are generating their own currencies because they realise the bankruptcy of the global system.
- You might ask why this is so important for our evolution in consciousness?
On the edge
Right now I'd say humanity stands on the edge of a precipice. The flow is wanting to take us to greater freedom, to greater alignment with the natural order of life. If enough of us let go of the control by no longer underpinning the financial system that currently supports us, then the realignment can be relatively gentle.
However, if the resistance continues, if we continue to support the matrix in which we live, if we continue to live out of the alignment we can feel in our hearts, then the pressure is going to build like a pressure cooker until it bubbles over. That's what's happening in Greece at this time.
We can all help this process if we choose to. How? Because we each have a part to play in the human drama. There is a higher consciousness flow which has its own direction yes, but we are channels for that energy. And all we have to do is go inside, drop through the layers of the mind that would have us behave in a desired way, and centre in the heart. Then we can feel and intuit Right Action. It is an expression of beingness. When we are acting with such authenticity, we become amazingly powerful. Not power in the sense of 'power over', or manifesting whatever we want, rather 'power with' the universal flow.
- We begin to channel in new consciousness with our beingness,
which will ultimately break down anything that is wanting to control.
Finding our beingness in the mirror
That's why to me, it's important to pay attention to the events of situations like what's going on in Greece, to find our beingness in relation to that mirror, and then to express it widely. Then we bring light into this unraveling matrix and accelerate it in alignment with Right Action. We're not telling people how things should be. We're opening space for the right things to happen of their own accord.
It's the perfect example of how allowing things to flow in our own lives can effect the greater group consciousness. Now I find that positively uplifting and inspirational.
Chris
PS: speaking of positively uplifting and inspirational, here's a taster of what can happen when we let go of the system that is controlling us...

Unwinding control
The problem is not just in Greece. It's Spain too and spreading. The control is being unwound...
social awareness or martyrdom
Dear Chris,
, and speaking from a country which is also on the verge of state bankruptcy, I can only say that consciousness is absolutely essential in these situations...
I very much agree with you at this point, and on many others,
Not wanting to seem as if I was an expert on this topic, but I'll be almost provocative here: what I see independently of local party politics in Hungary (I am very bored of that), is that there is actually a very interesting chance for our country to go bankrupt. To simply leave this whole bazaar called EU. Of course there is huge resistance, both inside the country and of course in the EU Parliamanet as well.
But what if this country, after Greece (then Italy of course, then maybe Ireland too, and like a domino all the rest) would just go bankrupt? What if we just allowed that to happen?
In socially aware spiritual circles in Hungary there are even voices suggesting that the present government is trying to play this card out. But even if this is the case (and not that they are just a bunch of half-automated officers), it is certainly not communicated well.
And this is where I'd return to social consciousness. Because in the end what is it precisely that makes someone, or a whole society, a victim or a martyr? Certainly not what happens externally but HOW it is LIVED. It is an inner decision. But is this chance for choice presented to present day societies? Like Hungary or elsewhere?
This is a big difference between historically oppressed Central Europe and e.g. Iceland, where it was the conscious choice of their nation to go through the chaos in order to come out of it triumphant.
I would love to see consciencious politicians around and both in Hungarian and European politics the honesty about these questions. But I don't.
In the meantime, we have unofficial sources and we all need this kind of argumentation -as yours above- in order to have the chance to choose between victimhood and martyrdom...
And politics or social issues are of course only a slice of the whole cake...
what if...
I agree that control is unwinding -but I do have a slightly different perspective on what is going on.
Through my work as a journalist I follow all this quite closely and I must say that I see very little to zero chance that this "collapse" is a "mistake". I think the (financial)system is not collapsing, it is doing exactly what it was designed for.
This system has been designed and is maintained by the absolute elite of thinkers. Do we really belive they are not able to see the obvious mistakes in it? Highly unlikely.
What I see happening is a planned crash. Insiders have actually revealed this plan in the early 90ies - long before any talking about a crash was happening. The aim is to destroy the middle class, distribute all wealth and property to the elite, destroy national states (if you look closely at what is happening in greece it is a slow EU takeover) and introduce a police state (wich is already happening in the US).
At least that was the original plan. But now we have an interesting situation, because planetary awakening is happening simultaneously - and is even accelerated by the circumstances. So the original plan became quite counter-productive, many parts of it do not work and now the original control unwinds itself in many ways.
Even inside the goverments, the shadow goverments, the lodges and the whole system an awakening is happening. Control is unwinding, yes, and I think at this point it is very unpredictable what will be happening. It seems despite the fact that everything is falling apart and the plan doesn't work as designed some people just can't let go - even if failure is pre-programmed.
We might know that one very well internally!
So the rest of this year should be quite "interessting", wich will probably not be the right word for the personal dramas we will be witnessing.
I have just run across a quote from a group of financial analysts (leap2020) that I find quite telling:
"We had qualified 2011 as the “ruthless year” because it was going to shatter the illusions of all those who thought that the crisis was under control and that they were going to be able to go back to their “private deals” as in the past. [...]This trend will, of course, continue in 2012 [...] But 2012 will also see, especially in the second half, the forces and players assert themselves who in 2013 and the following years will enable the beginning of the rebuilding a new international system, reflecting the expectations and power struggles of the XXIst century and no longer those of the middle of the XXth century. Therein, 2012 will well be the year of the great swing between yesterday’s and tomorrow’s world. A year of transition, it will mix the worst and the best.

Looking in the mirror
In many ways I concur with your points David. Yes I too see a conspiracy at the heart of how everything was established financially. And yes, I see the powers-that-be wanting to move us towards some kind of 'martial economic law'. What better way to be able to right off their debts than to dream up and create various destabilsations across the world (including war in the Middle East).
But I also see that the control of Opposing Consciousness has not been complete. It is more an influence in a certain direction (rather than absolute control) with key players in the system being heavily influenced. But all through that system are many other people who are only at least partially influenced. And certainly my recent experiences with OC have been that they seem to be wanting to unwind that control and realign with the flow. At least those are the indications I'm getting.
But even though we might have a slightly different perspective on that, I agree with your conclusion - that the way forwards (in a physical sense) is very unpredictable and precarious - very difficult to call how things may shape in the months ahead. I'd say watch for some quite big things taking off after the Olympic games. We shall see.
But something else is stirring for me too that suggests this whole situation might just be a case of 'shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic'. I get this growing sense that Gaia and the higher 'powers-that-be' will take back the reins and maybe in a physical sense none of this will really matter - except of course, looking in the mirror and figuring out how do we feel to be in relation to it?

Economic hitmen
This hits the spot!
Wiping the slate clean
Wow! Amazing simple honest clarity.
And the issue is that it's completely endemic across the world. It's a system that quietly underpins practically everything we do in society.
Increasingly, in my heart, I know the slate must be wiped clean and I feel that is coming, so that a new beginning can truly start.
Chris
blanket reality
yes, and as described so enjoyably in the video below, we are everything, root and flower, cause and effect, victims and reason of things in our lives (like "terrorism" as in T's video), all the same thing...
we are not only one with what is 'nice', acceptable or wished for, but also with the suppressed the ugly the painful
The blanket
Chris and I have just watched that. So wonderful to see these concepts in films like that! We love it!
Had never heard of the film before either.
Thank you Reka.
Unraveling of the finanancial system
In terms of the financial system unraveling.
Lord james of Blackheath, a member of the house
of lords, has been discussing some pretty curious
information that he has come by.
Wondered if you have seen this Chris or indeed anybody
with half an eye on how this will play out.
His House of lords speeches are easy to find on youtube.

Hitmen
I see a variation of what is described in the Hitmen-Video happening just now in Greece. Again the IMF, again big loans that make the country dependent, again strange institutions dictating the politics of a country.. It is the same tactic. And the more you look, the more obvious it becomes.
Of course not every broker, every person in the bank and every politician is aware of it. It is not necessary. If you set the system up a certain way and have the power to make a few important decisions (like introducing stuff like CDS for example)that is enough. You don't need to control all the players, if you control the rules by wich they play.
The key tactic wich the Illuminati employ is to produce a problem and then offer the solution. Also to create chaos and then show up to solve it.
David
I saw the Blanket clip the other day as well
It is simply a brilliant illustration of Oneness. Thank you!
Now I will have to rent the movie and watch the movie!
Another great movie that Dustin Hoffman was in is Mr. Magorium's Emporium http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdUqHe2Wlhc&feature=related
