Are currency wars collapsing control?

Breaking free...
Does globalised industrial consumerism really serve us? Producing in one country and shipping half way around the world to another? It seems incredibly wasteful of energy and resources. What ever happened to 'produce local consume local?' Well it seems that this would represent a higher harmonic truth, as we now witness the stresses and strains of collapsing global currencies like the dollar and especially the euro. And why is this important for evolving people? Because as the strings of global business fray, the restraints and controls of the system are becoming ever weaker. In our view, it is necessary for those strings to snap, that more and more people may be liberated...

The gravy train is running out of gravy
It's no secret that we live in a world of regulation and control, one of globalised industrial consumerism. Neither can it be oblivious to anyone with even a partially open heart, that this system does not serve all sentient life - especially Gaia. Industrial consumerism and the seemingly endless pursuit of 'higher standards of living' are together stripping Mother Earth bare of her natural resources and polluting what's left.

It simply cannot continue this way for much longer. The stresses and strains are ever more evident in the global economy. The American Federal Reserve continues to print dollars like they're going out of fashion and simply handing them over to already rich bankers, so that the gravy train can keep on rolling. But what's really happening, is the gravy is running out and getting a great deal more expensive in the process! And it's 'ordinary' people at the foot of the monetary wealth ladder that are paying the physical cost. It seems like the global banking system is operating a Robin Hood style approach to life, only in reverse... take from the poor and give it to the rich!

In Europe they tried bailing out the so called poorer countries by enticing them into a world of one currency. To me, this was always bound to fail. Why? Because I see in our historical roots where we produce local and live local, in small self-sustaining communities. Each individual part of the global eco-system has its own characteristics and ways of doing things and we as people, have evolved cultures aligned with those local processes. How can it serve a farmer in Ireland to be regulated by authorities in Brussels? How can it serve people in England to lay land fallow because they have a food surplus in France? When the trans channel ferry "The Herald of Free Enterprise" capsized and sank in 1987 because it left its bow doors open, I can't help thinking we were being given an important synchronisitic message - just as when the Titanic hit an Ice-Berg at the beginning of the industrial revolution.

Fertile land to evolve
So now the euro is under enormous pressure and looks like it could fragment. To me, this would be a great thing. It would signal the end of movement towards "One World Government" and what some are calling "New World Order". To me, it demonstrates the increasing strength of the influx of Unity Consciousness - of higher harmony which is fueling common sense: that we need to return to a more local way of doing things. We need to tend to our own food growing needs and production of local energy. In so doing, small self sustaining communities will be given more fertile 'land' in which to grow. It could provide the circumstances to encourage us to consume less and be more respectful of what we've got. Of course Rome didn't collapse in a day, but at least the foundations are now beginning to wobble.

To me this is a great thing for awakening people everywhere. Yes it might cause a degree of fear initially, concern as to how we will bridge the transition to a more equitable, balanced and sustainable way of living. Yet the point is, the entire energy of our planetary system is evolving as Gaia ascends into the higher harmony. Yes this may sometimes seem a bit 'far out', 'surreal' and not directly applicable to our every day lives. But we know don't we, that EVERYTHING is consciousness. Everything is formed of interconnected energy. So as Gaia centres her consciousness in the higher vibration, it IS going to cause ripples through EVERY system that is not aligned with that vibration. That's why the banking system is struggling, that's why the Corinthian columns of the eurozone are crumbling.

So fear not. Unity Consciousness - unconditional love - is taking centre stage for the final act in this Greek tragedy. But the tears of sorrow will only flow for those still invested in the bursting bubble. Tears of joy on the other hand, will create an unstoppable wave sweeping up humanity into the next paradigm. A Golden Age awaits us, but we must push off now, leave the banks behind us and take centre stream. We must align with the flow of our soul and trust in where it is leading us. The clock is truly ticking and its chiming... "the time is now, there is no other time!"

alternatives

To me it feels like there's a call to explore the kinds of alternative solutions that you mention, and to reflect it to others in society who are looking for another way - a more authentic way of being. Living in a city now, its so clear the structure of the matrix, and that people just don't seem to be happy within it. People still seem to do stuff that they enjoy too, but as if they're playing with a doll in a box. How long with that satisfy?

and interestingly it seems that more are beginning to question. I've heard of people living completely without money for example. I think the questioning isn't always being expressed in the most authentic ways though. Did you see any of the footage of the students protesting recently? I just watched some earlier. It was almost like a film - very intense. It felt as if they didn't know why they were angry really, but they were, very angry, and something deep inside was welling up and needed to be released. Watching the footage it looked like a society already 'fuming' at the very roots. It felt like a mirror was being held up to society, perhaps about how things might look if it keeps trying to maintain such rigidity and unsustainability. Because from the footage I saw it almost looked as if they were turning against the very structure that constrains them day to day. Some probably valid feelings about injustice etc seemed to be arising, yet came out in fairly distorted ways which didn't seem valid or appropriate - possibly causing more separation and control! It seemed clear that they wanted someone to blame, rather than looking to their own ways of being.
Yet I believe there were many peaceful and sincere protestrs there who were also feeling the need to speak out but in a peaceful way, and that seems like a more valid approach! Its interesting to consider the mirror it holds up to society, about a number of things. But will people look in it?

When I was a child the world was far away from today

When I was a child we had a house we rented in the country as a retreat, where we grew vegetables and picked fruit from the trees along the edge of the garden. one generation up from my parents some family of my members had found this place and when they stopped renting it we took it on. It was fabulous!!

Standing up a ladder with my feet above my dads head as he held it up and my granddad standing on the bottom wrung as I filled a bag with the fruit of the tree will stay with my forever!! We worked really hard to keep it going for a few years and I remember walking home from my nan's house or school in the Autumn, I would get stopped by the neighbours who wanted to know when the Damsons were going to be coming!! We had people knocking on the door on cold nights to buy them from us in the hall way!! The kitchen scales employed along with the carrier bags my mum had absconded from the supermarket with.

My children have not had that experience as much as I did as the shops became my only way of getting food due to my own personal circumstances, and being without a garden for many years. I feel it is something that has been lost from our society, I recently heard of a child who had been told at school that they were to make cakes in one of her lessons. Her reply was "dont you go to Tescos to buy cakes??"

I cant believe our world has come to this place, from my perspective it feels such a shame that schools have to put on lessons on how we get food as there are many people who have never experienced picking their own food from plants.

People are so busy running around dropping their children at places and picking them up from others to have the time to work for more and more and more and better TV's and better cars!! IS this really such a fulfilling thing to have the biggest TV in the street when you are less likely to ask your neighbours round for a cuppa!!

And that TV was made in some far flung place that is costing the earth to transport to our living rooms to fill the heads of our children who we 'seem forced' into using this device to replace the old neighbour or relative of retiring age our parents used to rely on!!~ No wonder this new generation is confused.

Thankfully there are some wakeful souls to guide the way for us

Well I could go on all day but I feel my children may need feeding.

Love as always Kerry

snow and mirrors

Its been snowing pretty heavily here up North. Out walking in it, helping to push cars, watching how people respond to it, has led me to deeper consider the message that the mirror is showing me, and us.

The weather at the moment is apparently to do with a switch in the orientation of the ‘jet stream’ that moves weather across the UK. But its not just the UK it seems. There’s been unprecedented and ‘unseasonal’ weather events all around the globe recently from Australasia to the States and Asia. Whatever the cause, even for those who still deny climate change, there’s a big mirror being shown.

So what is this showing us? I recently watched a film called ‘The Day after Tomorrow’ – the story basically is that global warming has altered the salinity of the oceans (which somehow modifies the weather) to the extent that in the film it reaches an unexpected tipping point and causes a huge ‘ice age’ like reaction. Tornadoes, blizzards, etc. It follows the main characters – those in government, scientists and other people in their attempts to work with the situation and survive. While its fairly sensationalist (picture statue of liberty getting submerged in a giant wave, then frozen in ice!) I think some of the messages are valid. Through the first part the politicians refuse to believe the scientists advice, claiming the economy is more important a focus! Only when the weather really kicks off do they start to believe it and to take action, and they begin to realise the consequences of their past action, and the part they have played.

So how does this relate to now? Well the UK’s seen its lowest recorded temperature in November ever recorded. And its reported to get colder still. The weather seems almost unprecedented at this time of year, and not just here, but around the world. It seems ‘climate change’ is a reality and we’re being shown that quite clearly. But even if this had nothing to do with ‘climate change’ theory it seems pretty clear the world’s climate is changing! and that perhaps we are being invited to look at our part in why that is happening and what we can do about it. The mirror is showing us that man has influenced nature, and now perhaps nature will redress that balance.

Interestingly the people I saw out walking on the snowy icy streets seemed to be proceeding fine, kids were sledging etc. Also interestingly people seemed more likely to help each other or interact, to push a car for example. It was really the people in vehicles that were having issues! Which I considered an interesting synchronistiy!

Looking in the mirror it seemed fairly clear to me that these kind of conditions may be more common in the future, that society has already been ‘warned’ many times and that things are now naturally unfolding to start redressing the balance. I saw an upturned cardboard cup in the snow with ‘coffee nation’ written on it!
Is society being upturned too?!

I contemplated some of the times I’ve basically taken for granted Mother Earth, and the gifts she gives, and I felt sad, I can see I am partially responsible for contributing to the events in the mirror. and then I look at how society exploits her day to day almost without thinking its almost unbelieveable when you consider it.

I contemplated can I live more sustainably? How can we live more aligned? Could a more conscious society unfold? It seems that society generally is starting to expereince stronger 'incentives' and signs to change its ways (rather than merely an invitation) – just as in the film I watched and on the snowy streets – how can people use their cars if they can’t even drive them on the streets?! Are people listening? I also questioned how society might survive without access to electricity for example. Perhaps if people don’t stop just assuming and consuming at the present rate, then the Earth and the climate will almost necessitate society to change, as it would basically be harder for them not to! Or at least (as we are starting to see) event might begin to redress the balance more.

Yet it seems we live in society for a reason. Perhaps to bring light or to demonstrate alternatives? And so in part it seems necessary to use some of the tools and resources of that society. Yet perhaps we could do it more consciously, more sustainably, with more consciousness. When I looked in the mirror at how I live, it brought me to contemplate all the gifts and resources we use. It seems there are times I could probably do more to live more sustainably or consciously. and look more at how to do that.

It feels to me that once again we’re being invited to look in this unfolding mirror more and question what its showing us. Will more begin to take individual responsibility rather than trying to ‘solve’ the problem out there or blame another? I also feel that these changes are happening anyway now, so how do we respond to that and how do we unfold through it?

In the right place at the right time...

Yes Ben there can be no doubt - climate change is here right now and its effects will become increasingly evident and impactful.

How do we respond and unfold through that? A great question indeed! To me, the first thing is to realise that we - as lightworkers - are incarnated exactly for this time right now. I don't think it's about trying to turn the clock back - I don't think that's possible now. Does that mean we continue to pollute, destroy and disrespect anyway? Not if we want to progress because that depends on being at-one with Mother Earth and our eco-systems no matter what state of play they're in.

For me the key is to accept what is happening and at the same time, to be absolutely sure we're in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.

The film you quoted is really interesting on this point. One of the lead characters decides to go against the accepted authoritarian flow and makes a choice more from the soul which eventually saves his life and those around him. That's what we can each do now: learn to tune into our soul and truly tune into it.

If we do that right now, it may well appear as if we're going against the accepted 'norms' within society and that may generate a degree of fear and discomfort. But if we keep tuning in, keep watching the synchronicity and really working to follow it, we will find our way and there will be an unfolding destined passage through the ensuing mayhem.

It's all really now kicking off. To me that is certain. These are the times we've been waiting for. This is what it's all about. Our spiritual metal is about to be tested like never before. And we each have it in us to do what we're given to do. It's time to reveal the full glory of our beingness like never before.
