Wow! what a shift in awareness this meditation brings. We tried it as a group and all agreed it was very powerful. I noticed in particular my heart center had opened right out. For a short while I couldn't speak the energy was so powerful. Thank you for creating this mediation and the Liquid Gold Meditation and for making them freely available. My husband and I do this wonderful meditation every night before we sleep. It is an important part of our daily routine and we are just expanding and loving it. Thank you Chris....we never get tired of your voice!!!!!
