It is a beautiful day here in Dublin....I am working at home, but after dropping the kids off this am I was drawn to the beach...sat cross-legged on the rocks facing East out to sea and meditated/prayed for 3/4 hrs (the time flew)..the sea was a beautiful blue/green, waves caressing the beach in an hypnotic dance like breathing - the sea's breaths, the sounds of the pebbles being stirred up by the sea as it went in and out, the sky a perfect blue, the clouds were few and high and white, the wind changing direction subtly (felt it cool on my face), the clear pure air, a pleasure to breathe in and out and the warm sun was beaming down on me filling my soul with gladness! Beautiful.

I came home to open an email from a friend who told me she is making progress on her path of awareness...she ended the email with the following:

"Smiling, just happy to live and experience another day!!"
