Do you ever find yourself 'drifting off'?
I am by nature somewhat 'ethereal', in other words, very comfortable in ‘higher realms’. It seems that I only need to close my eyes to transcend the limitations of the third dimension. At times I need not even go so far as to close my eyes. Whilst it might sound great it presented a lot of challenges in the early days. Something I learned early on (the hard way!) was the importance of being grounded...
19/02/08: "Honouring the Sacred Cycle..."

Moontime is a name given to the ‘menstrual period’ of the female cycle. It feels to me a beautiful description and speaks of the natural cyclical rhythm of this sacred time. It is often referred to in this way in Native American and Druid circles. In such bygone cultures it has been honoured by male and female alike, acknowledging the fact that we are all influenced and effected by this profoundly beautiful act of nature. It seems society has lost perspective and true understanding of this natural cycle. You might be interested therefore in this personal sharing...

Following our destined pathway in life
'Amazing Grace' is a remarkable movie that brings us the true story about the abolition of the slave trade in 1700's Britian. William Wilberforce was the English politician who painstakingly led the political battle in parliment. His energy clearly demonstrated that we can never truly rest with peace in our hearts unless we honour the path of our true destiny...

11/02/08: "Hawaii versus England and the grand illusion"
Submitted by Trinity Bourne on 11 February, 2008 - 09:17.
For a number of years I have spent the cold bite of the English winter in Hawaii. At the time it provided a welcome break as well as much needed inspiration. I have to say I became a little attached to the sunshine and outstanding beauty (hardly surprising really!) after the contrast of our cold damp winters...

07/02/08: "If I can't do it with joy, then it's not worth doing"...
Submitted by Trinity Bourne on 7 February, 2008 - 09:01.
On the whole I love life and follow the path of my soul. In fact I think the only reason I love life is BECAUSE I only do that which I feel stirred to in my heart. If I can’t do something with joy and gratitude in my heart, then I feel that it's not worth doing at all...
01/02/08: "Finding light beyond the darkest clouds"
Submitted by Trinity Bourne on 1 February, 2008 - 10:23.
When I contemplate the sun, I consider pure, untainted, unadulterated purpose. I think of all- embracing, non-judgemental, unconditional, altruistic service. I cannot for one moment conceive that sun decides upon what to shine it’s light. Nor does it feel guilty at not reaching the face of the earth when clouds obscure the sun. It keeps on shining never thinking to pause for one instant. It gives everything in every moment. It doesn’t even need to trust that it will be replenished of energy. It simply is...

Heart warming January "pick-me-up"
They say that January can be a difficult month following the festive expectation so a little heart-warming might be in store. I was particularly moved upon hearing this breathtaking song by Sarah McLachlan. It gently reminded me of personal moments in the past of letting go after feeling utter dispair...it was then that the heavens seemed to open helping me surrender into the depths of my heart. Its often felt like we're gentled cradled in the arms of an ocean of angels. This is exactly how this wonderful video makes me feel so I thought I would share it with you...
18/12/07: "The warmth of the icy breeze and the world beyond"
Submitted by Trinity Bourne on 18 December, 2007 - 11:00.
Yesterday I walked in the fields and woodlands. Each footstep I placed upon the meadow melted into the green grass. The icy breeze turn to warmth as it softly brushed my face. Time became a distant memory...
The mind can be like a prison...but remember, you are not inside it, it is inside of you.
