The last few days together emersed in the Openhand energy, unravelling, unwinding, unveiling deeper gifts of beingness was so powerful. Chris was in excellent form as he invited confrontation of inner blockages and distortions, creating the space to allow ever deeper gifts of beingness to emerge.

It brought tears to my eyes to see increasingly, as the days unfolded, such amazing gifts of soul shining through. Thank you all for daring to look within and finding such an inspiring light of soulful liberation.

Very few teachers talk about the electromagnetic component of awakening. I happened to fall across a book written by someone called Adyashanti who suprisingly devoted an entire chapter to this topic. I know I and many others have experienced and continue to experience diverse physical "symptoms" which are both debilitating and indescribable to the average human being. For many of us the process of inner purification, which includes what feels like some sort of inner rewiring, (as if you are being upgraded somehow), has left us barely able to move.

The New Year Unity Retreat was a truly awesome experience. It was a real honour and blessing to have been present at such a powerful gathering and what a wonderful way to begin a New Year.

Chris and are were deeply moved to share with such an open hearted and evolving group of souls during the past few days. We'd like to thank you from the depths of our hearts for finding the courage to surrender into the process of unveiling ever deeper layers of beingness. Such commitment meant that we were able to unleash and release huge amounts of energy, catalysing our evolutionary journey.

Chris and I would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all who joined the Five Gateways workshop this weekend. It was deeply moving to share the journey with you all. We felt such a willingness and inner honesty from everyone to go inwards facing with whatever arose personally. This takes a huge degree of letting go and trust in the benevolent flow. We observed that within everybody. What an awesome gathering of souls! The courage and commitment to the weekend was amazing.

Just to say thank you to all who encouraged the bringing into being of “Companionship Days”. The first one in London flowed beautifully and I gained many insights which will be invaluable in developing these day long get togethers. It was an exceptionally busy day in London with many thousands attending high profile events, and by going right into the “thick of it”, finding space to connect and have some very deep and personalized exchanges, it proved the value of taking the work out to meet Openhanders on their doorsteps. I look forward to the next one and more to come!
