"Gateways of Light" is one of our main vehicles for helping people unfold. It can be considered as a 'route map' through the various transitions that take place from Awakening to Enlightenment and onwards to our Ascension.

Openhand Practice is different in that it offers a direct and straightforward way of going inwards through basic movements that people of all ages and abilities can derive benefit from immediately.

Openhand Approach is a powerful process that empowers us to follow the true path of our soul, dissolve into complete self acceptance and unfold skills and talents we probably never dreamed of. When fully understood and applied to every day life, it releases us from limiting beliefs and transforms conditioned behaviour patterns which no longer serve us.

Each conditioned behaviour is in fact a distortion of an authentic expression of the soul - a "divine gift of beingness". The distortion arises because conditioned behaviours generate fixed neural pathways in the brain - we are heavily programmed by our upbringing and life in general.

• Level I: "Unfolding into Light" helping people reconnect and attune to their soul
• Level II: "Way of the Heart" learning to understand and follow divine guidance to lead the lives we were born to live
• Level III: "The Transfiguration" transitioning from identification with the personality to experiencing ourselves as the the "Seer" expressed through the soul
• Level IV: "Dissolving into Enlightenment" the transmutation of any remaining ‘fragments’ of the soul that still identify with the personality so that we become Enlightened
• Level V: "Warrior of Truth" 'resurrecting' the bodymind - bringing mind, body and soul together as one to facilitate the awakening and Ascension of others
