Empowering people to make authentic choices in life
"Openhand Approach" is a unique way of reconnecting to the soul, aligning to its guidance and facilitating our spiritual evolution. It is a synthesis of many ancient and contemporary techniques that can be applied in our daily lives. It empowers us to make our own authentic choices in life.

It can be defined simply as this...

"Living with an open mind, open heart,
receiving hand, giving hand in every moment"

What exactly does this mean, how can it help us and how might we apply it to every day life?

Firstly “open mind” means not judging situations and not getting lost in the external drama of life by moving to the place of the Observer of ourselves. In so doing we become able to feel much more of the full depth, beauty and divine magic of life itself and so the "Heart" begins to open ("open heart"). It is then that we discover ourselves as the awesome "One Life" not limited or constrained by the external drama at all. In this place of surrendered openness, we become able to perceive the energy of the moment in truth and receive the natural flow of the Universe as it really is, understanding exactly what we are being invited to do ("receiving hand"). By always coming from the place of surrendered openness, we rise above the conditioned behaviours that would have us act in a certain pre-programmed way and instead give ourselves to the expression of our highest truth which more accurately defines our destined way of being ("giving hand").

If we approach all circumstances in this way, we begin to peel away the distortions that limit us and we unfold into new internal layers of consciousness. In short we embark on a magical inner journey of self discovery made even more miraculous by the reflection of our new consciousness into our outer world thereby creating a more joyful and harmonious life.

The Inner Journey
Through the work that we do, we witness the journey of unfolding leading to our Enlightenment and ultimately our Ascension into a higher vibrational paradigm of harmony, joy and love. Typically this journey occurs through 5 key expansions of consciousness. We call the transitions "Gateways of Light". They can be summarised as follows...

• Gateway 1:"Awakening" - the magic of the soul and its unmistakable quiet inner voice is unveiled to us.
• Gateway 2:"Realignment" - we surrender to the supreme governance of the soul in our lives. We align with the Divine Will.
• Gateway 3:"Transfiguration" - a dramatic shift of perception from identification with the personality to being the Seer expressed as the soul through the bodymind.
• Gateway 4:"Enlightenment" - 'fragments' of the soul still identifying with the personality are released and ‘reconnected’. The soul becomes fully integral within our being.
• Gateway 5:"Resurrection" - our seven bodily vehicles of expression are finally cleansed, reactivated and re-energised. We unfold into multi dimensional living.

Each transition has its own particular characteristics and many find it of profound benefit to refer to this ‘route map’ to determine where they are on their journey so they may better understand the challenges and influences being encountered.

Openhand Transformational Tools
"Openhand Approach" might best be described as our personal inner compass and "Gateways of Light" our personal inner route map. We also provide a unique way of attuning to Universal Life Energy - an easy to learn meditation similar to Tai Chi and Yoga which we call "Openhand Practice". Together the purpose of these tools is to empower people to make their own liberated, authentic choices in life and walk their own path as guided by their soul. They help people break free from the shackles of limitation and conditioned thinking. They are designed to reunite us with our divine birthright; our interconnectedness and at-one-ment with all life. Ultimately they facilitate our Ascension into the new paradigm of unconditional love, joy and mutual respect for all life. A place of profound inner harmony.
