When we embark on the mystical path of Ascension, we're essentially performing inner alchemy. Everything is consciousness, even matter and energy. They're all formed from 'elementals' of awareness. Even when people are awake to the interconnectivity of their soul, there's still varying degrees of insensitivity and identification with the physical. In other words the subtlety of the soul is getting dissipated - drowned out - within the density of Separation Consciousness. One utterly invaluable way of dissolving this identification and thereby catalysing our spiritual evolution - our Ascension - is through Deep Consciousness Bodywork...

Whether we know or not, each of us is on a journey. Even when you touch presence, that's not the end, just the beginning. It's not a fixed journey, it's constantly shifting and changing according to the realisations we make. Destiny is not a destination, but a way of being. There's a constant underlying pull designed purely to reveal the majesty and splendour of who you are. If we know how to align with this underlying pull, in every moment, then our lives will become simply magical. The "aha" moment lands that actually, there's simply nothing else going on...

These are monumental times we're blessed to be living in. Humanity is waking up from eons of amnesia. Gaia has centred in the Fifth Density and powerful evolutionary transitions of consciousness will unleash the earth from the restrictive and exploitative karmic energies of our past. To many, in these early hours, the full magnitude of what's taking place will be challenging to grasp. It's entirely understandable. The key is to keep walking the path of the soul, allowing our natural Ascension to peel away the crusted veils. I can feel the birth of a new multidimensional humanity beginning to unfold, one which I feel given to call "Homo Divinicus"...

So Gaia has ascended into the Fifth Dimension, beckoning everyone to join her there. For team Openhand, it was a deeply ceremonial and energetically moving period, none more so than the actual experience of Gaia giving Birth. Called from our beds in the wee small hours of December 21st, we found ourselves working through the dimensions to help faciliate the shift in the best way we could intuit. It was not an easy birth, especially the immediate hours following the shift. My partner Trinity had transcended into an empathic alignment with Gaia. I was speaking directly to the Soul of the Earth. In those tense moments, my higher dimensional eyes opened a window into Gaia's past history. She had "Cosmic Karma" to deal with...

So it has truly happened. Trinity and myself have been feeling the build up of Gaia's energy for several months. We've been energetically empathising with her birthing process. I'd gone to sleep on the 20th, but only a short while later was awakened with a knowing that the shift had begun to take place around the turn of midnight CET. Gaia made it known to me that she was using the energy of Galactic Alignment to provide a boost for her to centre in the Fifth Density - for her to be reborn there. So I awakened the rest of the Openhand inner team, Trinity, David and Lesley to participate in the birthing...

Much has been written in recent times - especially through 2012 - about our planetary "Ascension". What exactly does the term mean? What is going on? To me it is an entirely natural evolutionary flow of the universe which although can be explained in scientific terms, can only really be grasped through spiritual realisation. To me, it is the movement of sentient life from one vibrational frequency of reality into a higher one. How did we really evolve?
On the surface, our evolution step-by-step from the apes has been heavily researched and documented. Anthropologists would have us believe our original ancestors were two legged homonoids that first stood upright around 4 million years ago. And yet there are still many missing links in our fossil records. A growing lobby of independent researchers are saying for example the change from early pre-humans to Homo Erectus around 200,000 years ago was just too great and too sudden for it to be a simply natural evolutionary process. So what are our origins exactly? These are incredibly exciting times where much of our convoluted past is coming to light. Especially since we are now able to look deeper into the Human Genome...

St Francis, was an incarnated angel of compassion, and has had a special place in my heart throughout the aeons. When I immerse myself in nature, walking in the woods, he'll frequently appear. He'll transform into an earthly presence, as if breathed into being through the breath of the trees. We'll walk together, delighting in the vibrations of light as it flickers through the trees. We'll feel the Angels' chorus singing the birds into life, whilst an ethereal pulse enlivens a gentle breeze that ignites the whole forest with Love. In these moments, time ceases to be. That moment is eternal...
