What is Deep Consciousness Bodywork?
Openhand Deep Consciousness Body Work is a blend of various massage techniques, non-invasive rhythmic movements and energy healing to support the release of deep seated physical and mental patterns. I naturally work on a soul level from a meditative state harnessing the benefits of higher consciousness during the treatment. As I connect and communicate with you from the place of your soul I will help to re-balance your energies and invite empowerment through remembrance of your own natural state of flow.

Unleashing positive life force
From the moment we are conceived we store emotional memories as compressions in our energy field. This forms energetic and physical blockages plus restrictions that lead to a stagnant flow of vital life force through our body. Stagnant energetic pools manifest as lack of self esteem, inner turmoil, muscular tension, illness or even physical and mental disease.

So how do we release these blockages and return to a state of natural health and vitality?

We are each born with the ability to heal ourselves, but sometimes the body needs help - a “kick start” - to release these energetic blockages and rediscover the self healing process. The massage I carry out stimulates those areas where blockages have occurred raising internal awareness within the body’s cellular memory.

In this way, blockages are released, rejuvenation begins and vitality is restored. Clients frequently report deep relaxation, inner calm, restored balance, emotional cleansing and profound life changing shifts during and after the treatment (not to mention relief from aching muscles and body tension!).

Powerful synthesis
I have studied various traditions, including Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage (in Maui, Hawaii), Trager, Classical massage, Indian head massage, neuro muscular techniques. The full benefit that I bring, is realised by synthesising the best aspects of these practices interwoven with my own intuitive feelings; arising from my continually evolving spiritual journey, opening deep insight to the nature of reality and the profound consciousness that unites all.It is this inner perspective of our inherent unity which provides the ultimate key to my work and your healing.

Your only requirement is be inwardly honest with yourself, to let go and if anything arises to watch as it falls away.

How much does it cost?
The cost is £45 per full session which many consider as an invaulable investment in their health and well-being. Each session lasts at least an hour and a half. We often run over, although you won't be charged more. I am also happy to do shorter sessions of an hour charged at £30 per hour. For deeper personal benefit most clients prefer the longer session.
