Thanks for a great question. I observe many people these days speaking of using the spiritual laws of the universe to manifest the things they want. However, in my opinion, this is a gross distortion of the way unity consciousness manifests and shapes circumstances.

When people are trying to manifest what they 'want', they are trying to create from selfish motivations, they are not acting as one with the divine plan. This is why (in my opinion) mankind is so out of harmony with our natural ecosystems, one another and the environment.

Whenever we have an intention to do something, our thoughts begin to shape the entire universe. If we create from our wants and desires, we have no idea what impact we are having on the rest of creation, including our brothers and sisters. We also have very little idea what is in the interests of our higher selves.

In my truth, the purpose of being here is not to create things at all - although this is the by product of the true purpose. The true purpose to to bring into being that which we truly are, through the process of self realisation - so every event in our lives is shaped to reveal an aspect of our own nature to ourselves.

So the real key to creating as one with our higher selves and with the universe, is surrender. When we let go of all internal efforting and need to do things, we are more able to understand what is being revealed to us about ourselves and as we become more of what we are, the choices we make reveal a destined pathway in front of us - the pathway of the true self.

When we are being our true selves, the whole universe supports us in being that. We manifest more than we could ever have dreamed of.

When I stop trying to make things happen and am surrendered to the universal energy, I see the world supporting me in ways that I couldn't imagined. I also feel filled with enormous gratitude for all the things around me, that I just didn't experience before.

In my truth (and that's all each of us can offer), there is no 'who'. There is one 'unity consciousness'. This is awareness of the everything/nothing dynamic - what some call 'the void'. So in the beginning - meaning before the 'big bang' - there was the void and awareness of the void.

Awareness realised that in order to know what the void was, it had to create relativity - one thing realtive to another - so that an experience could be had. It separated itself into two - the 'is' and the 'is not'. It caused the 'is not' to expand rapidly outwards into multiplicity of form - what we observed as the 'big bang'.

It then observed the formation of the physical universe. It realised however that in order to experience the universe, it had to loose itself in it so it dispersed throuhout the physical universe like ripples on a pond.

So to me, the 'who' is unity consciousness having a dream and by loosing itself in the dream, it believes the dream is real and so gets an experience of life itself.

This is a short answer to a huge topic so I hope what little I've written helps!
