What can i say except AWESOME!

If there's anyone out there who is trying to makes sense of what we're all doing on Mother Earth, and wondering how to make the best use of your own time here, then this is the course for you I'd say.

Skillfully and entertainingly presented, comprehensive content, and deeply experiential, a masterfully crafted exchange of energy and information.

I just wanted to thank Chris and Trinity for an amazing weekend - it was my first time at Openhand and I didn't quite know what to expect. I needn't have worried as I was made to feel just as welcome as those who'd been before.

The weekend had a very profound effect on me and it's going to take a while to process everything that I experienced. Two valuable things which are immediately apparent are that stuff which I kind of knew in my head before I now know in my heart and for the first time in longer than I can remember I feel real peace of mind and a quietening of the ego chatter. This alone would have made the weekend more than worthwhile but I know this is just the tip of the iceburg.

I feel so happy to experience and share the openhand energy with a group of beautiful souls. I felt more jigsaw pieces fit into place with Chris's guidance and experiences helping us to understand how we can each walk the pathway through the five gateways of our spiritual evolution...

The particular words "Absolute Vulnerability" keep resonating round my head, Chris provided a good clarification and reassurance that we need to let go of all control on external events and surrender to the synchronistic flow that will lead us on the journey through the five gateways - to embrace those feelings of vulnerability and 'not knowing' is key!

The new studio felt clear and comfortable, and the garden a beautiful tranquil place to relax and consolidate in between times. I found this workshop was a perfect platform to release some fears and tightness, to connect to higher energy and other souls, to learn from each other like looking in the mirror and to increase understanding of our individual pathways.

Thank you Chris, Trinity, Openhand and all for making it such an enlightening weekend.
