I came on Tuesday with Teresa.. I just wanted to say that I found the
session really incredible. I've never managed to get into any kind of
meditation before as I have the kind of mind that is always chattering away
off another track. It was amazing to be able to start getting what it is all
about in a very strong way.
I was supposed to come to an open hand spirit workshop at the beginning of
the year but never made it.. sorry.. probably resisting something or simply
not ready for it. Tuesday was obviously the right time. I would very much
like to do more work with you and learn more. I seem to be at some sort of
breakthrough point and an awful lot is happening which I would like to work
on.. Ive had more that one person stop me out of the blue and say that they
can feel a very strong energy, which Im keeping behind a wall.. Id love to
see what it is and how to release it.
The sun doesn't shine to get something in return. It just shines!
Openhand First Tuesday - powerful session!
I know the energy is very powerful. It is also very subtle. It often works without people being aware of it. It is a very high vibration and so some people don't feel anything at all - if they are internally blocked for example. But the energy is not forced on anyone. It is an open hand to a more magical existence. It only integrates if the time is right for the person and their body accepts it willingly - this can happen without the mind being aware of it.
