I agree, it's quite breathtaking to consider the amount of information and inspiration imparted in such a few hours!

It feels so right that we can see how science and spirituality are finally meeting having seemed to divide communities for so long.

I thought it was a wonderful weekend and an interesting group, ranging from seasoned Openhanders right through to newcomers. I felt we went quite deep and then quite high and, as ever, I found it extremely valuable.

The weather was absolutely perfect and spending time by the waterfall in the garden between sessions was a joyful experience. Thank you Chris for a powerful course and thank you too to everyone else. It was a delight to spend time with you.

An amazing weekend, albeit very emotional. I can't believe i have had so many realisations in just two days!

I have already made some big changes in my life, starting with giving a big hug to my ex-husband, on the doorstep when he dropped our children back, after having them over for the weekend. I must say he was very purplexed!!! But it just came out of me (forgiveness & acceptance)and what a wonderful experience for the boys to see. My whole outlook on relationships has changed, for the better and i am not being judgemental. I have a new found body confidence, which my husband can't get over, not ego i hasten to add, acceptance! I have also changed to a healthier diet and been taking time out, especially to play more with the kids, instead of saying i am too busy!
Wow, that just the start. I feel full of joy and excitement about what's to come.

Thank you to everyone for being supportive, accepting and understanding, but especially to Chris, for his wise words, Ben for his gentle support, Veronica for sharing her soul.

I hope to meet you all again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Chris for facilitating an amazing weekend. I found it quite emotional at times, and felt several shifts and releases of energy within myself.
Thank you to everyone for their kind words, support, hugs and friendship over the 2 days.
I feel an inner peace that i don't think i have ever felt before, and its amazing! I hope this is the start of a more fulfilling life for me.

Having now attended a fair number of openhand courses, I am always amazed at the increasing depth they go (and this was only two days!). Chris was as always on top form from his passionate heartfelt delivery to his truthful, precise and delicate use of words.
After the first day I could feel a lot of dense energy was moving for me, to the point that I was a bit lost in it for a while. But I managed to find the mast and rode the storm out into the second day and WOW I can feel I have left a lot behind.
So thank you to all for sharing the space and for a special weekend.
