What an amazing retreat! Chris and I would like to share heartfelt thanks to all the delightful souls that joined us there for a profound few days!

It was most inspiring as we expanded into deeper levels of consciousness together. I felt so moved to watch the few days unfold. We came together with different stories, backgrounds, expectations, hopes, fears and moment by moment unravelled, unfolded, shedding light upon things that no longer served our journey. I sensed a wonderful harmony of togetherness grow between us all as we shared laughter and tears accepting one another unconditionally.

Chris and I would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who joined us for 'Walking the Path' this weekend. It was a truly beautiful gathering of Openhanders.

Walking the Path is for those who've already spent time integrating the insights gleaned on the Level 2 course Way of the Heart. We engaged in a deeper exploration of exactly how to walk our highest truth in everyday life. We looked at our individual difficulties of re-engagement with society, family and friends along with it's conditioning and expectations and the issues that arise for us. It's amazing how challenging it can be! We also looked at which buttons get pushed, tightness, doubt and fear that arise.

Chris and I feel honoured to have spent the past few days with such an open hearted group of souls. I wonder how such an eternal moment of discovery, unveiling, sharing, inspiration can be over in such a flash! It seemed as if there were rarely a moment to spare as we embarked on a profound journey of revelation together each unfolding our unique pathway, yet feeling the flow of unity consciousness together, as one.

There was a wealth of inspiration permeating from everyone as we each took invaluable insight from the experience. It is our commitment to walking the path that makes the world of difference. In fact one of the most warming parts for me was to feel the commitment and courage of each of us to open our hearts and peel away ever deeper layers of that which no longer serves the evolution of the soul.

Chris and I found it an absolute delight to spend the last few days together with you, such a beautiful group of souls. It seemed as if we were whisked away on the wings of time covering a lifetime of ground over this summer retreat.

We found the readiness of the retreat group to open and move through blockages, letting go of that which no longer serves deeply inspiring. There was a magical blend of deeply releasing tears, laughter, joy and insightful revelation. I sense the quickening of spiritual evolution gaining momentum.

Well few words can really justify the experience we all shared on Crucifying the Ego 2009. And since we'd like to keep the content of the course secret for the benefit of future groups, we're only able to share a few photos. It was a truly powerful, layer shedding and enlightening week. Hi Openhanders!

What another fabulous week we all shared at Cae Mabon for "The Transfiguration 2009".

Every time we run a course, it seems impossible to imagine that it could be improved upon...but then we meet another amazing group of people, connect together in a common bond of openness, and just go deeper still!!!

Thankyou so much to every one of you for the commitment, courage and sheer conviction to find stillness, go deep, open 'Pandora's Box' and deal with whatever emerged. There were many times when I found myself moved to tears at the honesty, integrity and pure authenticity of your expression.

What a breathtaking weekend!

It is no secret that Unfolding into Light is a powerful course; yet to be joined by a group of souls who were truly ready to release the shackles of limitation, soaring ever greater heights on the journey of spiritual evolution made this a truly magical experience!

Chris and I would like to thank you all from the depths of our hearts for sharing with us at the course. We were deeply moved by what was possibly the most inspiring level 1 course to date.

And finally, 'back at the office after a breathtaking Easter Retreat'. Chris and I are deeply moved at the level of realisation that continues to unfold during these events. It was a delight to travel together unravelling that which no longer serves and transcending new levels of beingness together. Long may it continue as we embrace our lives from an ever more expanded perspective.
