Well what a wonderful weekend it was sharing with you all here at our home in Glastonbury. I thoroughly enjoyed 'working' with you - of course it didn't feel like work at all. I'd like to say a huge "Thankyou!" from the bottom of my heart for your commitment and openness which made the whole weekend a joy to facilitate.

As I'm sure you all appreciated, we unblocked and moved a great deal of energy over the weekend so be prepared for some 'curious' experiences in the days that follow. Don't be afraid to contact me if you'd like help or clarification on anything. Watch also for the 'increase in volume' of the soul that we spoke of. So you're likely to witness increasing synchronicity in your life, perhaps feelings of peace and joy and a sense that the intensity and vibrancy of colours, sounds and scent has been turned up. Of course as we spoke of through the weekend, the key to unveiling this experience and maintaining it is to keep choosing it. So as you return to your daily lives contemplate the many possible ways in which you can attune to the lightness, joy and love in your lives. That way, the strength and presence of the soul will intensify.

Stepping stones to soul inspired path

It was a real joy to attend the recent Level II ‘Way of the Heart’ course (even though I had some resistance to opening up at the start!), and it was truly heart warming to share ideas, feelings and experiences with others in a safe and relaxed environment as the weekend progressed. Everyone’s love and support for each other really shone through.

Special thanks go to Chris and Trinity for organising such a powerful course which both consolidated material covered at Level I ‘Unfolding into Light’ and also explored new aspects, such as re-engaging the senses (what a wonderful woodland walk) and gently confronting and overcoming fear (if it felt right at that time).

Chris and I would like to extend a big thank you for joining us in Glastonbury this weekend for the level one Openhand course. It was wonderful to so many shiny souls leaving the centre yesterday evening.

The weekend held an interesting blend of intensity and relaxation, both to stir our creative juices and invite us to peel back the never ending layers that confine and limit our perception of reality. Even as someone who works closely with Openhand on a daily basis I was humbled at how much I learnt and took away from the weekend myself. I am an eternal student.

Chris and I would like to thank everyone who joined us for "Way of the Heart" at Healing Waters - from the bottom of our hearts!

Our four days together took shape with inspiration from the heart of everyone who came along. We both found it a joy to share as we were invited to explore and release patterns that no longer serve us whilst attuning to the path of the Soul. We realise more now than ever that no two courses are ever the same!

We found the group meditations, discussions and experiential work deeply touching on many different levels. Your commitment allowed an ever increasing sense of peace to unfold frequently taking us on an etheric journeys beyond this realm. Your courage to acknowledge deep seated patterns, attachments and release through meditation, bodywork and realisation was truly wonderful to behold.

Well what a fabulous time we all had at this year's "Transfiguration" course in Snowdonia, Wales.

What amazing energy the beautiful mountain side site "Cae Mabon" provided for us. As I'm sure everyone agrees, the week was deeply transformational - especially noticed when returning to the "matrix" of dense energies that is our society.

I'd like to offer a huge "thanks!" to everyone who participated for your commitment to openness and surrender. In so doing we released much inner tightness caused by conditioning both in this lifetime and previous ones. Consequently the lightness that came over the group towards the end was deeply profound.

Well it was another marvellous sharing and unfolding on the Easter "Way of the Heart" course in Glastonbury. Trinity and myself would like to say and enormous "Thankyou!" for the energy, courage and commitment you all brought to the course. It made it a delight to facilitate.

As you all no doubt appreciate, we moved a huge amount of energy through the weekend and so I'd like to remind you all that this can lead to 'unusual' experiences in the days and weeks that follow whilst the new expansion integrates. As energetic blockages begin to be released, it can lead to emotional mood swings and various bodily sensations both profoundly beautiful and also unsettling at times.

Well it was an absolutely amazing "Way of the Heart" course we all enjoyed at Findhorn. I'd like to thank everyone who took part for your openness and friendship. It made it a truly lovely experience for both myself and Trin as facilitators.

Openhand is evolving through new levels each time we do a course but this one was extra special. The free flowing energy attunement movements at the end were deeply profound. Like others of you, I found myself having past life regressions - at one point, I even found myself re-experiencing what its like to be in the womb, a truly amazing experience!

I also think its important to remind you all that when so much energy is moved in such a short space of time, you are likely to experience a bit of a rollercoaster ride of emotions in the days that follow. As we know, the only way out is through! So keep moving forward, as you all know, it is worth it.

Thanks too, to Chris. His ability to receive teachings from higher consciousness and then to relay those teachings to others in a form which has meaning in the here and now of 2006 seems more and more effective with each passing seminar. I am deeply grateful for being on the staff of Openhand and would just like to share that major events and synchronicites have been unfolding for me in the few days since we left Nairn.

Thanks too to Trinity, holding the reins at home while we were away.

To be part of such a transforming few days was a priviledge. It feels like it was an important step along my own unfolding. I will treasure the many memories of the special people and hearts who were in that place of openness with me, and of course that amazing misty Avalon morning on the Tor together....
