Landing wisdom sharing

someone's picture

Lately I have some utterances landing on me, and I was writing it in the 'inspiring quotes' thread.

But since they seem to keep landing, so I open this one, where everybody can 'quote' themselves Laughing out loud

Hopefully I will not be the only one Wink

Unconditional trust

It is easy to trust, thank and love the universe when 'all is good' and you can rationalize it. But there might come a day, when you will have nothing to rationalize your trust with. When such day comes, and your trust and love will be unconditional, you will become aware that you too are loved by the universe unconditionally, and always were.

Courage to do nothing

It is natural to think that one needs courage to do something. Sometimes it takes real courage not to do anything, hold, stay still and face what arises from this stillness.

Conscious teacher :)

A good teacher does not come to teach, but to learn. When coming from this place, he does not test and evaluate, does not criticize and judge, he does not expect and shake his head in disappointment. He is not there to imprint rigid knowledge, to spread himself, his 'right' and his 'important'. A good teacher is not there sitting on the throne of wiser, older, more than others. He is the ground under the feet of those he teaches and is there to provide some basic guidelines, creating a safe free space for exploration, curiosity and joy of findings and realizations. And in this space there is no right and wrong, and the result is not important, but the process, the inquiry itself.

-----------------------------------

This one is coming from some frustration and sadness I have about the current education system, in schools and in universities, where the students are constantly held under stress, fear, anxiety, forced, suppressed, humiliated by evaluation, etc etc I suffered a great deal during all my life within all these educational systems and now I can see why exactly. And I am looking forward to see how it will change Smile)

Who am I?

This question "who am I" can lead people to all kinds of answers and realizations. The first place people tend to look is at their physical form, then around them, asking: what is all this? can it define me? And if one doesn't stop on any particular definition, and keeps looking beyond what his mind can understand and grasp, digging deeper and deeper inside, he will find that he is... undefinable.

The death-journey to freedom

Spiritual evolution is a great opportunity to experience death at your own pace, without feeling you are its victim, but rather its master. This is when death stops being 'the end' and becomes a doorway to free, flowing and graceful existence.

The helping hands :)

Got lost in the labyrinth of the left part of your brain? Don't know where to go next? what to do next? There is simple way out: step and fall, and don't worry, the helping hands are always there Laughing out loud

Alone while not alone :)

You can be guided, but feel like walking on your own; and you can walk with somebody, but at the same time walk alone.

Inner home

With greater awareness comes greater ability, but also greater concern and responsibility about what is going on. Then comes the energy and strength to do what is necessary, and you do things you never thought you can, but also the enormous sense of tiredness and yearning... for home, for peace and quiet, for some rest.

When and if you reach that point, and it will seem you are forever sank into the battles of the world, remember, you can reach that place, where you are untouched, unviolated and in total peace, at any moment. And just like some say: you carry home within you, now and here.

Wearing just ourselves :)

It might feel safe and even fun to put on and hide behind our identities. But at the end of the day, the simplest and the most comfortable outfit is our "infit", just ourselves Smile

It's all Good

OK Yulia, here's my current truth (and I agree with all of yours above).

However bad it seems, we're in exactly the right place to grow the most so take a deep breath, centre, trust and know that, from the soul's perspective, it's all good.

Wow!

Thank you, for the timing too! Laughing out loud

Mirror land

Living in the world of mirrors can be quite challenging at times, but also so amazingly beautiful and fascinating!
And you? Are you afraid to look at your own reflection? Don't be. It is just the first blurred impression, after that comes love Smile

someone's picture

Ok as you are

Why are you beating yourself up? You think you could do better? You think you could be better? You think...? You think... But what if you just feel? You are just what you are NOW. You are just where you are NOW. And you have everything you need now to do what is being done now. Let go of all the rest, all that is really to be done is just feel... and then follow that. NOW.

Bursting the fear bubble

Sometimes it can be so scary to look in there!!! Here, the fear wall! The horror wall!!! I can't do it! I CAN'T DO IT!!! I won't! I can't!!!! Uuuuuuuuh Haaaaaaaa - a deep breath... All right, I can. I can... Softening, watching...

And then......... It's over! Laughing out loud Suddenly - it is not that bad anymore! Hehey! It's just another feeling, just another experience!!! I can do that. Anybody can. And you can too! Smile

------------

It is just amazing. I had a conversation with a friend. He told me about fear of some experience. I asked him how big the fear is, he said 8. I asked how awful the experience feels if it would happen, he said 5. Funny, isn't it?

'Excalibur'! :)

It is there in the depth of our being, where all the answers lie, where we can find whatever we might think we need. And there, within, the warrior is hiding, awaiting when we dive into our own dismay and weakness, to arise and make us strong in our softness, invincible in our fragility, impregnable in our selflessness and loving beyond all measure, with open heart protected by his sword, the sword of truth and trust!

Wow! :S

Humble courage

It takes courage to step on the path.
Then it takes courage to walk the path.
Then it takes courage to walk the invisible path.
Then it takes courage to let the path walk you.

This courage is not born out of safety and confidence in what you have and know, but rather out of being lost, confused and frightened. The fear is an inevitable and essential part of daring, it is a prelude to the march of glory and empowerment, humble in the memory of their origin!

So what is it all about?

Spiritual evolution is not about being or becoming something, but just being.

It is not about being and doing right or wrong, but about learning.

It is not about prefering a certain way of being, but about living fully what is happening now and finding the real thing under what is presented.

It is not about being ashamed of weakness and ignorance or proud of strength and wisdom, but about watching it all happening with a non-identified eye.

It is not about leaving this world behind and falling into absolute indifference and numbness, and also not about taking it all too serious, but about the balance between the two.

And it is not about spirituality at all, it's just about you.

Who are you then?

Whatever

I am whatever arises in the moment. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I'm reminded of a favourite song/video that just seems to capture the essence of this total feeling of freedom....

Finding answer..

Finding answer to your question is finding you.

So when looking for the answer, there is no use in just looking outside. The trick is to look outside to go back inwards. There is no other place in the whole world where you can find... you and then the whole world in it! Laughing out loud

Climbing the spiral

Running in circles can be rather frustrating, as you never seem to reach the destination. There comes a point, when you realise, that there is no destination. This realisation can be rather shocking, but once accepted, it opens the door to the only thing that really matters, the feeling, in this very moment. The next challenge is to sink into it, deeper and deeper...

brrrrr feels really intense... the water is either too cold, or too hot Laughing out loud

Let go...

Thanks for that sharing Yulia, I was sitting on a bench under a beautiful tree today watching my restless need to be active and doing and yet totally at peace and accepting of it all - "sinking deeper and deeper" I like it!

How deep is the bottomless hole? Guess we won't know unless we let go and surrender into it...

When things get tough...

It is not easy to see the truth, and it is even less easy to stand in it. But then, if it would not be so challenging, where would the courage and strength be born from, to make the next step... into the unknown? Smile

How naked is the king?

I thought I had amazing costume, beautiful and sparkling.
I thought I can go out, and everybody will surely think the same.
But what I found is that I'm wrapped in nothing.
The costume and the mask were just a game...

Should an elightened being be silent?

There exist an idea, that an enlightened being should be this or that, for example, prone to be silent. The only misunderstanding, I find, is that the inner silence is expected to express itself as outer silence and expectation, that all enlightened beings would be the same, sitting in silence...

Note: I am not enlightened (surprise!!!), but if this would be truth, then how could so much material about spiritual evolution and enlightenment reach us, if they all would sit silent?) Smile))

Attuning to the lightness

So simple, yet so tricky. Smile

What do we do when everything around is light? - We feel the lightness within us and attune to it.

What do we do when everything is dark? - We find the lightness within us and attune to it.

What do we do when everything is grey? - We sort the lightness from the darkness and attune to it.

Said - done. Where's that lightness? Wink

Trusting more and keeping walking

No matter how afraid, lost, fallen and destroyed we might feel. If we can find that place within us which can trust more, open more, soften more and let go of our expectations from ourselves and the world around us more, surely we will find the strength to raise the head and say again and again: "I fell, I'm down, I'm exhausted, but... NOW what?" And this "NOW what" is that slit of light in the dark room, where we can find the tiny drop of strength and inspiration, an open space to allow us to align once more. And once aligned, we'll be given the energy needed to get up on our feet again and keep walking... keep walking...

Shlip shlip shlip shlip... mmm that sound of shuffling feet Laughing out loud

From loneliness to completeness - what a ride!

Soft landing:

Human experience is a lonely experience. But it doesn't mean that we are alone.

If I can stop running away, hiding and distracting myself from myself, if I can be there for myself, if I can be my own best friend, if I can love myself and find everything I need within myself, then being lonely turns to being complete.

The next challenge is to master the loneliness when not alone. This is when things get really tough. But hey, anybody can do it! All that is needed is to move back from the screen and stop projecting movies and cartoons outside and accept what is, even if it is very ouch. And then life becomes even more miraculous.

The director, protagonist, crew and decorations, all become one. A crazy one Laughing out loud It's so fun! hhhh

Finding and following our way

There are no two people in this world who perceive the same reality. Each has his own experience and each has his own way.

Sometimes we try someone else's way. We wear other people's garments to see how they fit and how we feel when wearing them. And then, through the diversity of all the views, perceptions, experiences and ways we can find our own way, our one tune, sing our song and share it with the world.

It is not meant that someone else's song becomes our song. And it is not meant that others sing our song after us. If we can each know and be ourselves and at the same time be sensitive to others, then we can follow the universal conductor and co-create something miraculously harmonious and divine. A big surprise! Laughing out loud What can be more great and fun than this?
