Many believe that she and Jesus in fact married and had a child called Sarah. It is likely that she was one of the disciples which the church found unnacceptable when the details were written to the Bible.

As a priestess in the temple of Isis she would have been well skilled in practice of raising kundalini through divine sexual union - tantric sex. In her gospel (as channeled by Tom Kenyon and Judi Sion), she speaks of her sexual union with Jesus and how they used the methods of tantra to raise their respective vibrations. This is perhaps one of the key reasons why Jesus was so evolved.

Divine sexual union was something frowned upon by the church which is probably why the need was felt to discredit her.
