One of the 'criticisms' we receive on Openhandweb is that there's so much material its sometimes hard to find! Well for newcomers and seasoned Openhanders alike, if you haven't found our meditation downloads yet, you might like a pointer in the right direction. Here's a popular meditation by Trinity which we recently used on our Transfiguration Course 2012.
