Indeed it was another amazing Openhand New Year's Retreat sharing with beautiful open-hearted people. It was pure joy to facilitate.

As we step forwards into the New Year, I trust that the energy we invoked will remain with you all. Remember how we learned to transcend pain, difficulty, density and instead, find the lightness through it all.

Remember also that awesome sense of coming home as we raised our vibrations and touched the higher plains of consciousness. In these times of great change, it will help us all be increasingly authentic.

I wish you love, joy, laughter and the centredness to overcome difficulty as you step out into the New Year.

Dear Trinity and Chris,

As I sit snuggled in my flat, thankful that I'm not stuck in a snow drift somewhere, I thought I'd take the opportunity to thank you both for facilitating such amazing energy at the New Year retreat. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at peace and accepted unconditionally. I arrived with no expectations and left fortified and reminded that I've got the universe on my side, with a whole new 'openhand' world to explore. From the bottom of my heart - thank you,

Dear Chris and Trin and everyone who took part on the retreat,

To the group I want to say a big thank you for making the retreat so special. The group was so open, supportive and full of love I felt so honoured to be sharing with you all.

And Chris and Trin for me you both reached new levels of facilitation and insight. Perhaps it is an accumulation of openhand work but this time I was able to hear you on an even more profound level and almost every word spoke volumes to me in a very personal way.

The most delicious thing of all is that even nearly two weeks later the sense and the feeling of the retreat stay with me and I’m ever more able to hear my soul stirring and my heart speaking and finding the courage to act on that. The hectoring of my conditioned mind is less compelling than before, though it’s certainly still there, but I am gradually more able to step back from it, rather than blindly proceeding down familiar routes. This is bringing to the surface some uncomfortable feelings but my trust in my soul guidance has sky rocketed, so I’m more able to sit with them. For the first time I’m consciously siding with my heart and stepping through the discomfort with a smile on my face!

This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of openhand and the example of your dedication to allowing the truth in every moment, something I’m really starting to get a taste for. And it is sweet, so sweet...........
