Chris and I would like to thank you once again with all our hearts on behalf of the Openhand Team for joining us over the New Year retreat. What an awesome way to enter 2008!

It was a joy to spend the last few days with you all and share both as a group and individually. Between us all we certainly had many deep, touching realisations and experiences.

The Openhand work is frequently known for being a powerful catayst in releasing blockages and those attachments that no longer serve us. Our journey of spiritual unfolding is an ongoing process, so we will all to varying degrees continue to experience the energy that was harnessed during the retreat now that we have returned to ‘everyday’ life.

Remember particularly what was frequently said: “Every moment offers us a choice... Do we attune to sense of ‘lightness’ or the ‘density’?

I just wanted to say WOW, what an amazing retreat! None of the experiences I encountered where expected, but all were so very powerful. The Openhand team are legends in their own lifetimes! You guys rock - thanks for all your wonderful support and love as always.

Thanks also to all who came on the retreat for sharing the experience with me. I wish you bliss and calm for the year ahead!

I'm now off to integrate all my learnings and am filled with an excitement for whatever comes next knowing that in my heart all is still and calm and that my friends will always be closer than I could ever have previously imagined!

Hi Guys,

As I contemplate how I am feeling I notice a real sense of freedom in my life and I am aware how integral the Openhand workshops, retreats and guidance have been in my journey to this place.

Following one's spiritual path isn't always easy, in fact it is often challenging and uncomfortable, but when the breakthroughs come they are so life affirming and invigorating I feel a welcoming anticipation for further unfolding without needing any sense of what that might involve.

Thank you , thank you, thank you for being you and bringing the light into my being.

Dear TLC,

Thanks for your lovely message and photo, and thanks so much for another amazing and soul boosting time. I felt quite struck by clear signs in the woods that early morning new year's day on Wearyall hill.. there were lots of upside down V shapes, with tree branches lying across two others, it struck me immediately as Mary Magdalen / Womb and at first I thought that was about me becoming a parent but then it felt more of a bigger picture thing like Mother Earth revealing herself. I feel really inspired to write about my own journey this year so lots of food for thought.

Thanks for your words on PATIENCE Chris and for all your loving calm Trin and to everyone for sharing their stories and feelings.

I'd like to say a special "Thank you" to all the empathic ladies on the recent NewYear Healing Retreat (you know who you are).

As you all experienced, a lot of bottled up and dense energies were released through the work and I wanted you to know how much we all appreciated the way you took in those energies and transmuted them to light.

I witnessed several people making deeply transformational changes as a result; changes that under normal circumstances would have taken many years, if not lifetimes to complete.
