There are 2 aspects at least for myself to unraveling... firstly was letting go of the outward projections and judgments that release the negative energy back out, instead sitting with them until they dissolve. And then secondly (for me it was the bigger part), was to then stop judging myself. In retrospect I basicly held myself down. But when you replace the I with ALL, there is nothing to judge or act on, and when the flow becomes obvious and your true to your heart the journey of the soul really begins... And honestly, who here wouldnt let the Universe guide there lives?
Trinity has weaved together a multi-dimensional master piece with this short documentary. I can really recommend watching it a couple of times as for me it has many different layers.
The beautiful imagery magically overlapped, really stirs my soul and attunes me to a higher place, a reminder of a more interconnected way of living.
The soulful music of Susie Ro, can't help but bring a smile to my face and ignites the passion in me to express, through singing and music.
And then of course there is the powerful message and approach that Chris brings forward as he shares about how we can each apply the philosophy into our daily lives, and through that really bring about a change that I believe we each yearn for.
So occupy yourself a little more, maybe by watching this again, what does it stir for you?
