As the name implies "Openhand First Tuesday" takes place on the first Tuesday of every month. It is a self realisation seminar applying Openhand Meditation to focus on a particular aspect.

It includes discussion around a themed topic and question/answer work based on subjects that naturally emerge out of the group - if you have a burning issue that you are working on, this would be the idea opportunity to gain an insightful perspective on it...(click on title to read more)

It takes place at Stapeley Farm in Odiham Hampshire at 7:30pm ending at around 10pm. The cost is £10.
