What stirs your soul? When we tune into our joy, something shifts inside of us. Our inner light, our soul, expands and shines forth. As Trinity describes "The soul ignites with an almighty presence, filling our entire being with the divine energy of the universe. We discover who we truly are." For each of us it may be something different that ignites that spark and of course it can be many things, for me it could be dancing or a walk in nature. Openhand courses for newcomers
We frequently receive enquiries from people who resonate with the Openhand work regarding our courses. The courses are sequential, ensuring that we integrate the work at a speed which is most comfortable and beneficial.
