Many thanks for a special weekend. Pauline thought it was fantastic too and I do believe it
was a special place with special people.

The effects seem to have started, today at work in London, what was supposed to be a stressful day worked out amazingly smooth. I do feel very relaxed very deeply inside or maybe just floaty, but definitely a deep inner peace, not felt for a long long time, seems to have pervaded me and it has been noticed by others - long may it last!
