Dear Chris and Trinity

Thank you so much for the last few days they were truly magical and it was difficult leaving the beautiful energy and journeying home. I felt I could speak freely within the group, which sometimes I find difficult, and am truly inspired to "live" on the path back to Unity Consciousness and hopefully inspiring others to join with me on the journey.

I have already been looking at the recipes and am making a shopping list!

Once again thank you both so much and I shall stay in touch.

Short and compact, but learnt more in a short time than in years. A real enlightenment, put a lot of 'grey' areas to 'right'. Increased my 'consciousness' and thrust me forward!

i just want to add and extend my gratitude to you all for a wonderful and powerful weekend.

thank you chris and trin for your presence, guidance and creating and holding such a deep, warm and profound energetic space. you are both so inspiring.

and thank you to everyone who came for creating such a safe and loving group. i felt totally free to share and be myself which was amazing.

my stuff's been coming up (temptations and flirtations with the drama and identities) almost as soon as the retreat finished. but i'm finding i'm more and more able to be with it, not in it, if not immediately, then soon after!!!

Hello everyone,

Just to echo what peeps have said above - thank you each and everyone for creating such a safe and loving environment to allow us to open up and reflect to ourselves and each other some of the blockages which keep us from progressing in our evolution.

It was a beautiful weekend and I certainly came away feeling lighter, buzzing, yet gentle and peaceful inside. The first thing I did when I walked away was find a lifeless dragonfly on the pavement. I picked it up and carried it to the Chalice Wells where I studied it carefully and was struck deeply by the perfection of its form, beautiful ridges and veins in its wings, and striking colouration. It felt like a symbol of the perfection of nature and the divine plan as well as a reminder of the transience of physical life.

Much of the weekend has kept with me and I have been meditating and doing the openhand exercises which have been wonderful, although not always easy to motivate to do! Still even a little helps I realise.

I hope everyone is still feeling the benefits of the weekend, and finding applications in everyday life of great help...

Finally also a big thank you to Chris and Trinity for facilitating such a powerful weekend - I am deeply respectful of your hard work in bringing openhand to us all.

A big heartfelt Thankyou to Trinity and Chris for an
intense, powerful and ultimately blissful weekend. Thankyou also to all the wonderful souls present that made it so easy to share on such an intimate level. I know
that something fundamental has shifted in me that I can't
quite put into words yet.

I have had continual tests for 'stepping out of the drama'
since I got home, sometimes I manage it well and other times
not so. I have had moments of feeling totally wonderful,
strong and connected and times of utter despair and exhaustion. I know that this is all part of the process, and am learning to take better care of myself during this time. I had a lovely experience on Friday, of supporting a friend in need, with some of what I have learnt on the retreat.

I look forward to continued sharing and support through Openhand
