A unique harmonic
Hi Persephanie, thanks for your most interesting question - apologies that it's taken a while to get back to you!
In answer, we each have a blend of all seven rays. We are each a unique harmonic of them with different strengths essences of them all.
The real key is not necessarily to try to figure out in your mind what rays you carry in what particular strength, but rather use the model we've presented as a pointer to the feelings and authentic expression of them inside.
So for example, we might be feeling a passionate, committed and courageous energy. This would be authentically aligned with the Ray 1. Or we may be feeling surrendered, open and serving - this would be aligned with Ray 2. We might be feeling to confront and break apart lower harmonies in a non-judgment way - this would be the ray 4 expressing.
Understanding the rays helps us attune to the energies that are flowing through us. It helps us decide what's authentic and what are distortions of our truth.
