Frequently asked questions?
I have tried meditation but thoughts keep popping into my head and my body aches after 5 minutes so I keep getting distracted. Any suggestions?

Using higher perception to help you through life's challenges. Find out more...
Just as leaves fall in the autumn, we must honour our natural internal changes and harmonise activities with the seasons.
Centre in your absolute authentic reality; dissolve fear doubt and worry; walk your true path in life..."Unfolding into Light"
The key is in not trying
The key is not to try moving beyond the distractions. This tends to draw your focus to them. Better to move your awareness through your body and connect with something that feels good. Then focus on expanding into that feeling. The other feelings of discomfort and busy mind will still be there but less energy is given to them.
In my view every ailment or 'problem' we have is there for a reason. The One Life can only be known by what it is not. Therefore we only experience being the One by the experiences of what we are not. You are not the pain nor the busy mind. But do not seek to transcend them - there is nowhere else to go. Peace and the divine are to be found in this moment right now, whatever you are experiencing.
