Draw your attention to your heart chakra
See a gentle glow a ball of white light glowing from your heart chakra

See the ball beginning to expand with each inhale

This ball of white light is attuned to universal life energy
It holds the energy of higher divine guidance

Anything within it's field becomes infused with universal life energy

Feel everything around the ball light becoming infused with divine energy

Continue to inhale deeply

Allow the ball of light to softly, gentle float down the the base chakra

Feel the higher energy attune to your base chakra and the area around it. Invite the energy to help dissolve anything that doesn't serve our higher divine purpose

Allow the ball of light to softly, gently rise until it settles in the sacral chakra

Feel the energy as it attunes to the sacral chakra allowing universal life energy to radiate into the area around it. Invite the radiating energy to help us dissolve attachments, helping us attune to our highest truth

Allow the ball of light to softly, gently rise, until it rests in the solar plexus area

Feel the energy as it radiates through the solar plexus and helps to dissolve anything that holds back attunement to higher guiding consciousness

Allow the ball of white light to softly gently rise, until it rests in the heart chakra

Feel the energy as it radiates through the heart, radiating through any layers that do not serve us and helps us to remove blockages that prevent us from following higher guiding consciousness in every moment

Allow the ball of white light to softly, gently rise, until it rests in the throat chakra

Feel the divine energy as it radiates through the throat chakra, radiating through any layers that may be holding back our spiritual evolution. Invite the energy to help us move through anything holding back higher divine purpose and allow the energy to flow through into our every day actions

Allow the ball of light to softly, gently rise, until it settles in the third eye area

Feel the divine energy pulsating outwards throughout the area, radiating throughout, helping us to move through anything we find that prevents us seeing things as they truly are. Allow any haze to dissipate as clarity of vision takes its place.

Allow the ball of light to softly, gently rise until it finds the crown chakra

Feel the ball of light growing, becoming more expansive with each inhale until it begins to overflow, sending cascades of flowing white light, downwards, throughout every cell of our being

Bathe in divine white light as it begins to attune every cell of our being to every more expansive layers of higher purpose

Bring the experience with you as every cell of your being continues to attune to higher guiding consciousness

Slowly, in your own time allow your consciousness to return to the room, to your surroundings

Notice, how different you feel

Remember that you have attuned to ever increasing higher vibrations
