Way of the Heart: Glastonbury 5th - 8th March 2009

Dear Chris & Trin, (and my other friends from the Way of the Heart)I am back home and trying to think of words that can express how I feel....I can't really, but hey, you know me well enough by now not to worry too much about that, and maybe you can feel the vibrations over the 'interweb'.

I could see the effort and caring you both put into the Way of the Heart. It makes all the difference and that is why we can all connect so quickly. We don't need the 'forming, storming, norming' of group bonding.
The variety of the sessions was wonderful and a super group of people to be with. Thanks for making the time (both of you for the one on ones).

My life is moving towards my truth so quickly that I have to check and look and remind myself of how I am opening up and peeling away the layers and masks I put on myself all my life. It is not that I am becoming a new person but getting back to the person I have always been. I look back at all the things I have been through and see it makes the realisation I have now all the more joyous.

On my drive back I had a wonderful experience. I got onto the M4 and for about 60 miles I had the fattest rainbow I have ever seen sitting to the right of the motorway on the horizon. Chris, had you been checking the weather forecast before your talk of rainbows this morning?

You both create a place that allow us to be safe and open and give us the confidence to take what we have learnt with us to continue our journey's.

Best wishes,
Mark

Way of the Heart - Thank-you

Hi Mark and all!

Both Chris and I were deeply touched at the strength and openess that flowed over the few days we shared together during Way of the Heart. It feels as if in a short space of time we sailed through lifetimes together.

We'd like to thank you from the depths of our hearts for joining us to participate in such a transformational course.

Thank you most kindly for the warm words above Mark. It's a delight to know you and share during this crucial juncture in your spiritual unfolding. The way that you embrace the path of your soul shines a beacon of light for all.

With Love
Trinity

I would like to echo the

I would like to echo the thanks and gratitude to Chris and Trin for creating such a beautiful and enlightening event, and also to the guiding energy that bathed and supported us throughout. I feel so priveliged to have been reunited with the magic in life, my soul family and my true self.

I too was awestruck by the rainbow on my journey home and it is nice to know that despite our apparent separation we are all looking out to the same rainbow to guide us home. I had to laugh when I stopped at a service station and I heard Oasis very clearly singing 'Bourne In My Mind' and then again when I looked at the hill near my house to see 'Hi J' in great big letters! Oh and I had email from FriendsReunited and Reunion.com in my inbox!

It was great to meet everyone and I hope you all continue to unfold your highest truth.

True colours

Hey Mark and Jamie,

Thanks so much for the wonderful words of feedback.
It was a real pleasure having you both along - I can see and feel very clearly the wonderful breakthroughs you're both making. I'm thrilled for you. I can see a bright future of continued unfolding.

Synchronistically the first thing I do every morning before I have my own breakfast is to feed the birds. In so doing I feel I'm giving a little back to the universe and therefore feel much more at-one with it. It's a great feeling isn't it?!

And as for the rainbow - yes a wonderful synchronicity in relation to the course. "The Seven Rays of Divine Beingness" clearly being alluded to. And here's the song by Cyndi Lauper that we played during the course...

Let your true colours shine "they're beautiful like a rainbow".
I look forwards to when our paths next cross.

Much love Chris
