Are we lonely?

What is lonely when said and done?
we are born into to bodies one by one
our souls take shape as time goes by
we crawl and walk and want to fly

we meet more souls on our path
we seek joy and want to laugh
our identity and uniqueness
actually perhaps our weakness

We are all of one flesh and bone
and dust to dust when we are gone
How does loneliness appear?
Is it because we hold life so dear?

I am still blown away by the individual and collective unfolding of the weekend. We've been busy receiving some deeply touching sharings by those who joined us there. 'Tis deeply moving to have been part of the journey of the weekend.

Dear Chris and Trin,

Our heartfelt thanks to you both for the wonderful love, energy and guidance we were given over Easter. Steph and I have experienced a tremendous growth spurt in our spiritual lives and are enjoying a real shift in our awareness.
Infact, just as you suggested might happen Chris, the teachings are coming back to me with real clarity after thinking that alot of it might pass me by. There is a lightness in everything I do Ive noticed and a newfound appreciation of all life around me. Its hard to articulate but you can imagine the joy that stems from our resonance with the Openhand ideas and their universal truth, not to mention the timing (or syncronicity) of spring unfolding with birds singing and blossoms blooming as we too unfold. Amazing!

I am in my edit suite with the usual madness taking place all around me yet there is a tremendous peace radiating from deep within. I feel very expanded even as I type and when I catch myself being drawn into the drama I am simply asking myself the question 'Who am I?' and my awareness is restored. An afternoon walk through Hyde Park was simply surreal, real connections with swans and trees etc. Long may it last and grow as there is no way back now....!

Thanks again for all your efforts over the weekend, not just for the divine teachings but it was truly magic just being in that beautiful place in your presence. We were also blessed with a wonderful group of people to share in the experience. We will be very happy to recommend and follow 'The Way of the Heart'

As in my email i would like to express heartfelt thanks from both me and Tosh.
As Brendan mentioned (Hi Brend) the awareness in everyday life has very much affected my daily living.

In fact, I was reading my emails and just as i was about to put a strawberry into my mouth ( as you normally do very robotically) i remembered what we did - i actually smelt it and then savoured the taste what a difference!!!

With alot change and beautiful spiritual experiences since the weekend - my mind never ceases to amaze me, although i'm following my heart my mind still remains within its conditions and reacts but the difference is that it stays there and gets very annoyed - Its like a seperate entitity to my being and i'm just observing its conflict!!!

The weekend has most definately given me gifts for me to water, follow and develop as with the rest of the group and the photos are a wonderful memory of a new spiritual light - that i can say!

Sweeping leaves in a gale
A modern trend for man
Older folk tell the tale

With respect to 'losing' things of apparent value...I have experienced the same thing myself at some point or another. Once I even effectively lost my house (or rather gave it away). It was an immense liberation. An awesome opportunity to surrender and learn, as Chris say's without getting lost in the external drama of it all. Through out our lifetimes, I am sure we have 'lost' and 'found' it all at some point or other.

You've lost something and found something untouchable and priceless.
