"Helping people evolve spiritually and ascend into a higher vibrational reality based on unconditional love, joy and mutual respect for all life."
Way of the Heart: Glastonbury, March 2008
Stepping stones to soul inspired path
It was a real joy to attend the recent Level II ‘Way of the Heart’ course (even though I had some resistance to opening up at the start!), and it was truly heart warming to share ideas, feelings and experiences with others in a safe and relaxed environment as the weekend progressed. Everyone’s love and support for each other really shone through.
Special thanks go to Chris and Trinity for organising such a powerful course which both consolidated material covered at Level I ‘Unfolding into Light’ and also explored new aspects, such as re-engaging the senses (what a wonderful woodland walk) and gently confronting and overcoming fear (if it felt right at that time).
All with the intention of acting as a catalyst to soul inspired self realisation by being in the place of the Observer of ourselves.
And finally not to forget the delicious and lovingly prepared meals which nourished and sustained us all as we enjoyed the beautiful countryside around Glastonbury.
I’ve taken some time to post some feedback mainly because I wanted to see how I was reacting to the guided meditations and other exercises in the immediate period after the course finished. The other thing was I had a job interview last week which certainly made for an interesting and abrupt return to the external drama of life.
I think on reflection I was probably too honest at this interview when I pointed out a member of the selection panel had mentioned some relevant information in answer to a question, even though he was prepared to pass the credit onto me!
One of the main things I have noticed is in relation to my recent daily interactions with people, particularly in a face to face context. I have observed myself being less rushed and more able to meet the other person’s gaze without becoming intimidated or fearful. Plus a greater awareness of when I am feeling tight or frustrated without holding onto these feelings. In summary, a gentler approach not focussing on getting from point A to B in the shortest possible time!
In other ways, my dreams (and in one case a nightmare) seem to be an invitation to consider if I want to shed aspects of my life which might no longer be serving me well, for example as depicted by an intense fear and panic associated with getting lost or left behind. I think at one level this may be linked to sibling rivalry and competitiveness in society, but also a much deeper anguish associated with the disintegration of my inner world to be replaced by a new higher consciousness (there is more I could share here, perhaps in the future).
And when it comes to synchronicity and listening to my intuition, the return journey home to Sheffield was eventful to say the least. As you said Chris, things will happen and they undoubtedly did!
Love and best wishes,

Heart warming
Thanks so much for the feedback Andy.
It was indeed another heart warming course we had over Easter. I know that often it can be very difficult to let go of the constraining energies which limit us. However a safe and nurturing environment with non-judgmental participants helps us enormously to peel back the layers.
It was wonderfully refreshing that you had the courage and commitment to do this and clearly benefited as a result. The only way forwards is through!
Well done indeed to you and everyone on the course!
Love and best wishes
Chris
Way of the Heart
Hi Andy,
How wonderful to hear from you. Thank you for the beautiful sharing.
It felt a blessing to work with you during the course and is great to hear that you your journey continues to move you onwards. It is often when we step out of the retreat and go back into those every day situations that we are taken to the places within that we need to look at.
I look forward to hearing from you as your path continues to unfold.
With Love and warm wishes
Trinity
