Dear Bright and Beautiful Souls,

Chris and I would like to thank you all with all our heart for following the pull and continually finding the courage and commitment to look within, let go and shine ever brighter during 'Way of the Heart'.

There was a continual shedding of layers and removing of internal blockages as we surrendered into the process of walking the path of authentic beingness! The spiritual journey of unfolding is not an easy one. It takes constant commitment and realignment, just like the kestrel riding the thermals in the sky or a surfer riding the wave. At times it may feel much easier to stay emeshed within old behaviour patterns running automated responses to lifes circumstances denying the invitation to align our selves with our authenticity. Yet when we truly follow the path of the soul, then WHATEVER happens, we will feel a unmistakable peace within. That is the holy grail that we all seek and it is within us all!

By listening and observing with profound self-honesty, we come to know exactly what step to take in each moment - even though at times we may only seem to know at the instant just before each foot touches the ground. Following the path of the soul often takes us against the grain of our current life circumstances or invites us to fully embrace them as they are. It may ruffle up our world in order that we may evolve an entirely new, higher harmony... It is this higher harmony that our soul guides us to - it is the journey home.

We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with you all during the course. It was an honour to share such depth and insight. You are each truly special and unique and we look forward to crossing paths again.

Thank you Chris and Trinity for another wonderful, roller-coaster ride this weekend that was Way of the Heart. I am still processing everything but, as I write, I am present so am seeing mother nature in all her glory. Clouds are answering my questions and I am full of hope and love. During the coming weeks I shall be working on my old pain that needs to be released now once and for all and on several distortions that came to my attention during the course. I just want to say thankyou Chris and Trinity for the amazing time and energy you helped bring to us on the way of the heart.

I have come away feeling so much joy at what is to come. Inside my heart feels open as i have let go of more of my distortions and i can really feel it. This was really noticable today when i returned to work. No tension was there inside. At one point i felt a slight beginingness of it stiring but then i noticed it and surrendered to it and it was gone. Just knowing that i can break these distortions is an amazing tool to have. Thankyou.

Dear Chris & Trinity & the Group

We would like to thank you for a truly wonderful 4 days on "The Way of the Heart" course. We both experienced so much that helped us to connect to our own truth and we now feel able to follow our own paths with love and joy, thanks to Openhand. It was also so helpful to feel the love and support of the other souls in the group; we felt there was a great empathy and connection between all of us.

Another big thankyou to Trinity for the delicious healthy food, truly food of the gods! We will shortly be trying some of the recipes from the website. Thank you again.
