Well, what can I say? This marvellous work at Openhand just gets better and better. It was a great weekend indeed, allowing us in a place of safety and love to unpeel the layers of distortion hiding our true selves. It was deeply moving to see how everyone overcame their fears and doubts, moving into the certain confidence of right action arising from their own perfect and imperishable essence.

Thank you Lesley, for following your guidance about the right level of intensity for the fire: any complacency I might have had about it was rapidly dispelled and no mistake! The experience earlier in the day with the glass was also a real eye-opener.

My most sincere thanks to all the participants, and in particular to those whose experiences and insights gave me pointers towards answers to some spiritual questions I didn't expect ever to be able to clarify.

All of you made it a really special and fulfilling time, and your unsparing gift of your whole selves brought us to a very special place indeed: the place of the heart.

Thank you so much to Chris, Trinity, Lesley and everyone on The Way of the Heart course for such a beautiful, special weekend. I feel so inspired and uplifted, like I have finally found other people with a similar philosophy of following our true path of individuation – with all the courage that takes. It was such an amazing weekend, in a beautiful ashram, with everything amplified by the clear, spiritual energy of Glastonbury and the full moon. I feel wonderful!

Firstly, WOW! What an amazing course - thank you so much to Lesley, Trinity and Chris for putting together such a meaningful, beautiful course. I have moved on spiritually in ways I had no previous comprehension of. I have encountered angels, felt my energy soar into the universe, felt laughter and love flow freely from my heart and have never felt so true or happy. Thank you!

I also wanted to reiterate what Lib said about the firewalk - I think I too felt some complacency when I did the walk and you were absolutely right to be guided to make it so hot. It was an amazing experience and I felt like it lifted me somewhere up between the full moon and the fire. I thought I had burnt my left foot in one place, but the following day all that remained was a little red mark. It was a real cleansing process for me too, allowing me to say goodbye to a very precious soul mate and to express gratitude to new ones.

Thank you to Trin for your sharing and understanding of what I was experiencing and thank you for sharing the story of my dancing soul! Lesley - thank you for the beautiful firewalk, the glass and the arrow exercises. Wow - wasn't expecting any of it, but it truely helped to dispell the fears. And Chris - thank you so much for creating the course. What you say resonates so well with me, it's such clear, simple information and moves me to such magical places I had forgotten existed.

And finally - to all those who were on the course with me - thanks for your sharing and the unconditional love you brought with you. Love and laughter to you all.

Dear All,

I am touched beyond the depths of my soul to feel the energy of togetherness and harmony that formed between us all during Way of the Heart last weekend. It never ceases to amaze me that those of open heart and open mind are able to express the energy of higher consciousness so clearly through their words and actions in the most ordinary, unassuming way.

To witness a building of energy between each activity, meditation, or interaction as we are invited to shed more and more layers that have bound us to living the life of someone less than who we truly are is breathtaking. It fills me with a profound sense of peace knowing that every step we took during the course was supported and inspired by a most divine energy. It seems to me that more I participate in these courses, the more I am invited to open my heart and receive increasingly deeper and deeper guidance.

I thank with all my heart everyone who attended for being 'you' and contributing to what were a series of connecting and deeply moving experiences during the course that will permeate into our daily lives, changing some forever. The courage and willingness to let go of that which does not serve us and to embrace an openness that propels us into a realisation of who we truly are.... well it defies all words.

And...Lesley! Well, I am speechless. You must be an undercover angel

Hi Open hearters!

I'm deeply touched by your comments about "Way of the Heart". The experience of bringing in this energy has been both magical and also deeply challenging at every level.

The energy is so pure and so profoundly beautiful, I have not wanted to distort it in any possible way with my own issues so I have worked really hard to grind away rough edges (so to speak).

What I have observed is that the energy flowing through Openhand has the capacity to deliver both the gentlest kiss in the lightest of touches and yet if required, can also deliver a powerful, deeply transformational fire.

Not everyone 'gets it' though. There has to be a degree of internal surrender to pick up the subtle vibrations to begin with. Its only then that the flicker of the inner flame can be kindled.

So the credit really does belong to those who have the honesty to take on the challenge of self discovery. Many people are not ready for their own inner truth - they're not ready to accept their true magnificience. Many would rather stay in half truths and illusions of what they want rather than what is.

So if you felt the energy flow through you and have a transformational effect, it was down to your own efforts, surrender and honesty - I thank you for that!

Chris, speaking from my own experience, I could and would never have experienced such breathtaking, intensively beautiful moments that I did on Way of the Heart, nor the summer retreat, without your guidance. The surrendering was my own, the open heart was my own, but the support and love that showed me where the invitation lay and how to open it came from you.

With all my heart I express my gratitude to you for that, without which my life was a pretty empty place to be compared to what it is now - a magical wonderland with never ending surprises and astonishing, unconditional love. Ta mate! sx

Back at work and still thinking about the wonderful weekend, i really cant find any words to add to those who have already contributed above in terms of the effect, the healing, the openness, the love and how truly uplifting and wonderful it was to spend time with you all.

All i know is that i am taller, better and truer to Self for having spent time with you all, and that i only have to tune in and the energy fizzes about!!

Wanted to say last weekend was so amazingly fantastic, the first half very challenging, as so much to ponder, wanted to run, wanted to hide, wanted to fight, and so much self confrontation but so much appreciation, so many special people, such a special location, so many surprises, so much to be thankful for, so much to appreciate, so much healing taking place.
