I invite you to join me on a journey of transformational and conscious eating that will take us together to higher vibrational levels.

The energy of our food directly impacts on life at all levels both personal and planetary. By using plant based food of the finest quality (organic, locally grown) we find an affinity and respect for all of life and begin to raise our vibration attuning to the divine flow of the universe.

Most people who eat this way experience optimal health. Not only do we nuture our own body on a physical level, we honour that of Mother Earth and facilitate an infusion of energy to catalyse our spiritual evolution.

All the food here has been prepared and created with love.

This forum will be constantly updated, so please keep checking in for fresh inspiration.

With Love
Trinity

Our species and what to eat

I am curious about people's thoughts on our species and our digestive design. I'm am finding more and more evidence which is indicating that we are a fruit based species. We originate from tropical areas, places with high amounts of naturally growing fruit; we lack the multiple stomachs that most herbivores have (ie cows, giraffes, horses) thus we lack the ability to truly digest cellulose. A perfect example that everyone knows about for humans is corn. We all know that we DO NOT digest corn properly. This is because we only have one stomach and lack the digestive power to break down such extremely high levels of cellulose.

What does everyone think about a movement back to the fruit eating that ALL primates are naturally inclined to?

Re: Our species and what to eat

Good question! I question what has happened to our species over the aons.

When in Hawaii I could quite happily live on fruit falling from the trees along with fatty fruits such as coconuts and avocadoes (the size of rugby balls at times). My body yearns for greens though - deeply nutritious greens and fatty foods such as seeds, almonds, coconuts and avocadoes.

Most of us don't live in the tropics, although I still feel that a vegan plant based diet, high raw works in most places (except perhaps the arctic). Speaking of which it is dinner time here and I hear the kale calling...

Kale

mmmm. I could go for a nice Kale salad salad right now, massaged in avocado and lime, with all kinds of goodies in it Smile

Although you are right about many of us not living in the tropics (I live in east coast Canada for example), I really feel that with our state of current technology, indoor irrigation and growing can be unscaled to increase the amount of fruit and vegetables we're eating even in the more northern climates. The only real issue I have with indoor agriculture is the expenditure of energy for light in the absence of sunlight. Greenhouse are fine and dandy, and give us that natural light we're looking for, but if we want to maximize the efficiency of our land usage, then growing indoors and upwards is something we all need to start paying close attention to. I found a great video before about indoor growing, I will attempt to find it and link it on here for others to check out.

Happy eating everyone...tome for some dates and banana Smile
