Connecting with your soul group
Hi Liberation,

Thanks for raising an interesting point. To me the soul group or family is a divinely beautiful phenomenon. In my experience, they are a group of light beings working from another plane of existence overlapping this one.
Each person belongs to such a soul family and their purpose is to provide loving support to help us unfold our destined way of living. They are aware of the purpose of our incarnation and work with us as a team to unveil those revelations we lined up for ourselves.
It is very difficult to sense their presence however and so frequently their help and guidance goes unheeded. This is because of the density of this plane in which we live.
In order to help us and be present, they have to lower their vibration and take a more defined form. For beings in this state, this is exceptionally tiring. Imagine for example spending a week quietly in a retreat centre away from the hubub of life and then suddenly landing in a loud rock concert or football game! You would find the more gross energy would take a heavy toll on you.
So if we really want to work with our soul group, the best way is to focus on raising the vibration both of ourselves and our immediate environment. Here are some ways to do that:
All of the above steps (plus many others you can probably think of) will help raise the vibration and energetic congruence of your environment so that your soul family may draw closer.

Re: Connecting with your soul group
I have also found members of my soul group incarnated on earth too. To really connect on a soul level, it is definitely most helpful to raise our vibration... well said.

Soul groups reincarnating together
Hi Liberation,
There is a book called "We are one another" by Arthur Girdham (now out of print)which you might like to check out. It gives a detailed account of the memories and dreams of some people living near Bristol who had previously lived as Cathars in the 13th century Languedoc region of France.
It is particularly convincing in its assertions of the case for group reincarnation, as research linked the people to real, recorded events hundreds of years before. It was published in 1974 by an ex NHS consultant psychiatrist with 40 years experience, who was convinced none of the people were delusional, and who had his own recollections of being alive at that time.
I'd be happy to lend it to you if it sounds interesting!
With love,
Lesley
