What is universal life energy attunement?
We are frequently asked on Openhand course "what is universal life energy attunement?". This forum topic addresses the issue...
A little flutter...
Awesome post Chris. I completely agree with the techniques that you suggest here, and have especially noticed their profound effects during the Openhand work. Something that may begin as a barely recognisable flutter can soon turn into a n almighty wave of universal energy as we surrender deeper and deeper.
'Tis well worth the perseverance.
I am deeply inspired by the depth of commitment you show to helping others attune to higher consciousness. I extend my heartfelt thanks to you for sharing.

Playing is the key...
It may sound a little strange but the key to universal life energy attunement is to play. If we approach attunement with a focussed attitude 'trying to get something out of it' then it tends not to work as well. The subtle inner efforting contradicts the natural child like inquisitiveness of the energy.
One of the books we recommend in our shop section is called "The Reconnection" by Eric Pearl (visit shop). Eric spent many years as a chiropractor until suddenly during one of his sessions, he felt the guiding hand of higher consciousness. The energy seemed playful and his hands began to move in unpredictable, seemingly irrational ways.
Fortunately though he decided to surrender and just follow the energy. As he did so, he noticed strong sensations such as pulsing in the hands beginning to arise which seemed to strengthen the more intune he was with the energy.
Of even more profound interest though, as the feelings he was sensing strengthend, very visible effects were beginning to take place in his patient as well such as rapid eye movements and deeper breathing.
Overcoming the mind's natural desire to question what was happening, he simply continued to follow the energy and its playfulness. Very soon thereafter he began experiencing spontaneous healings in many of his patients. He became well known for these miraculous events even demonstrating them live on American TV.
At Openhand we too have had similar spontaneous healing experiences in our workshops. But its not just about healing. It works too in the natural process of self realisation (in our truth healing is self realisation!).
So the more we approach life with a playfulness treating each new incident as a chance to taste and enjoy the energy (what ever the outcome), the more powerfully the authentic learning creature that is our soul emerges.
It seems the more we play with the energy the stronger it gets - perhaps I should more accurately say the more we allow the energy to play with us the stronger it gets!

Healing thyself
In our culture there is a typical view that the healer will heal the one who is sick.
Your post above resonates with me in that it suggests that it is the energy that heals rather than the healer.
How does the subject of life energy attunement correlate with self healing? If it is actually the energy that heals then is a healer necessary at all?

Angel
Life energy attunement is self healing
Great question Angel,
In my view (and that of many healers) the body is perfectly capable of rapid self healing for most if not all illnesses and diseases. What prevents this from happening however is mental conditioning.
Contrary to popular belief, the mind exists in all cells of the body. If we have a physical problem, there is a tendency for us to create all kinds of dramas around the problem. In short we judge the experience and create a false reality around it for ourselves.
The more we surrender to this false reality, the more this new consciousness is ‘cemented’ in our life’s experience and the greater the task for the damaged cells to heal. Basically if the mind keeps ‘telling them they are sick’, there’s a great tendency for them to be sick since consciousness shapes matter.
It could also be that subconsciously a person is holding karmic issues from a past life which are held in consciousness although they may not necessarily be aware of it. This too can lead to injury and disease.
The key to healing, is to first understand what the problem is revealing about the self - each issue offers a gift of self realisation.
For example a recent participant in an Openhand workshop had been unable to freely move her arm for many years - it was causing her much discomfort and pain. During a life energy attunement she experienced a past life regression where she had been involved in a battle during which she lost the arm.
This karma was carried forward to this life. It was inviting her to release her fear of injury and also the attachment to good health and free movement. As we helped her realise this, she was able to surrender all need for the healing to take place and the karmic energy was released. The arm was spontaneously healed.
This leads me to the question about whether a healer is necessary at all? The answer is no and yes!
The body is perfectly capable of healing itself. However we are here co creating together and we use our interactions to learn from each other. In short the people we encounter in our lives reflect something of our own beingness and invite us to unfold further by noticing what is being reflected.
So through our mutual interactions we may be helped to release the mental blockages standing in the way of our healing.
Interestingly life energy attunement is healing. In my view it is also true to say that healing is self realisation. We did not come here to heal our problems but self realise their causes - upon which the problem can itself be healed.

What do healers really do?
So a healer is really just helping another to attune to a healing universal life force? Pressumably a healer can only help another as much as they have helped themselves already? I mean if a healer is helping another to attune, then if the healer is off key, then so will the attunment in general be?
The healer must be clear
Yes indeed a healer can only truly heal if they are already attuned to the universal life energy themselves.
In short their energy will 'activate' the consciousness of the patient's soul by constructive resonance and also ideally provide keys to mental blockages that may prevent healing from taking place.
Yes if the healer is processing their own issues, there is always the risk that this energy will taint the energy of the patient.

The Healer
Hi Chris,
You wrote....
"Yes if the healer is processing their own issues, there is always the risk that this energy will taint the energy of the patient."
I am not of the belief that a Healer can taint the energy of the patient if the Healer is in process of their own issues. The Healer is the channel and yes, works with the patient to cleanse and balance their energies.
There is the energy of "protection" of the patient as well as the Healer. Some refer to this energy as Spirit Guides. The Healer works with these energies to the highest intent purposes and thus any interference that either the patient or Healer may be dealing with in terms of issues is not present in the healing process.
How do I understand this? Because I know this in truth as a Healer.
We are never without life issues OR: are we without divine intervention.

My experience as a healer
Thank you for sharing your experiences here Lori.
My experience as a healer is slightly different (I only speak from my own experience here and not the entire 'healing' community).
Personally I have found it necessary to lay aside and surrender any of my own personal processing when facilitating a healing with another. In such instances I am moved to open to a deeply surrendered 'meditative' state, centred, balanced and of wholehearted divine service. For me, it is the only way that healing has a powerful effect.
I am inclined to agree with Chris and have heard countless stories from fellow healers and therapist who report that projecting unbalanced energy onto clients does unfortunately happen (whether intentionally or not), when a client initiates a session from an uncentred state.
The purpose of healing is to remind another of their innate wholeness or rather, who they truly are. We can only offer another a reflection of this to the 'degree' that we are personally surrendered.
I know of other "healers" who are able to attune and channel universal life energy in the most unobstructed of ways. This world is blessed to have such people. It would however be inaccurate to say that all healers facilitate are the same.

the healer as a falsehood
Chris, thanks for the posting - I've followed the train of thoughts down and find myself pulled to comment.
In this day and age of conflict and counselling, I feel that many so-called healers enter into the profession for one reason only - to try and find something which will heal themselves, even though they may not be aware of this. It is certainly not the case for many true healers I have met who, as Trinity has said, are fully surrendered to unity consciousness.
However, there are people who become healers to heal others when in actual fact their own true self is crying out to be healed. This is particular reference to people such as counsellors. It can be incredibly frustrating to meet peole who are so well-meaning, but lack the fundamental self-awareness to realise that they are only doing that profession to feed off the drama and supposed glory that they feel comes in doing something they perceive as esoteric healing without even realising they could be doing others harm and transfering their own energies onto their unwitting clients. They come from the place of ego, not truth. Their own cries of need are hidden by the noise of drama they create around themselves.
Just something I felt I had to voice. Of course, there are many, many wonderful healers / counsellors etc. souls in this world and I find they tend to be unassuming souls who never seek glorification for what they do. And for these people I think "thank god, how amazing and wonderful they are and what wonders we can learn from them should ever take the time to stop, observe, listen and really see".
For the benefit of those who don't know me, I'm not a healer! Nor do I wish to be controversial but I felt the pull to speak...

Vive la difference
Hi Wings and S,
Its so good to have you both back on the forum - we've missed your enlightening posts.
I think they demonstrate finely (just in case we needed reminding) that we each have our very own personal experiences and it is important that we value and respect those.

I couldn't agree with you more! I can't imagine performing a healing any other way! In fact, I don't know any other way!
Shame, shame on those who do not access their center.
I'm having a hard time understanding these types would even refer to themselves as Healers.....WOW!
So I guess this is what ya all are talking about! Phonies!
Sorry for the loose tounge here, but this is very disheartening.

Mysterious ways
Hi Lori,
I think the point we were mainly looking at was that some healers are not necessarily fully aware of where their consciousness is at and what things can potentially go wrong.
In my experience, as we unfold our consciousness into new dimensions, we access new energies which test our beingness at ever higher levels - each new dimension contains within it consciousness which supports continued unfolding and opposing consciousness that would retard it.
I've personally experienced a healer connecting a psychic bridge between us and then unwittingly channeling negative energy from a higher dimension - she provided a down channel for the energy to enter my consciousness. It caused me great discomfort for several days.
In truth, the only way the energy could effect me in this manner was because of an inner distortion of my own - a weakness which it latched onto. In the end, I was able to see the distortion, realise were my consciousness was identifying with the drama and release it together with the energy.
So in a way, you could say the healer did me a great favour - she invited me to attune to deeper levels of life energy even though she wasn't conscious of it.
The universe works in mysterious ways

Thanks for clarification and sharing your experience. Interesting! Something I can definately bring into meditation!
For me, I have not had this experience and I am hopeful that I never do!
Interesting posts on this subject in any event.

energetic entity
yvonne
dear chris,
you talk of an energetic entity. what exactly do you mean?
is this where someone who does reiki would say you needed 'protection' i.e. surround yourself with light?. this is something i have had a problem with because i don't think you need protection, it's an imaginary fear.i don't feel the need to do it, but then i'm surrounded by lots of people who think it's necessary, and i feel i pick up their fear and start to question myself.
i have had an experience of going into a very dark space when giving healing once, it was very frightening but i feel all fear is an illusion and once i said to myself 'there is nothing to fear' i was o.k.
matrix of mass human subconsiousness
Hi Yvonne,
In my truth (ie the way I understand and experience reality), there is a matrix of mass human subconsciousness that surrounds us and influences our every moment. What do I mean by this?
Through our collective history we have projected great negativity into the surrounding field - through our wars, fear based actions and the rigid holding of fear based beliefs which no longer serve - if you like man's inhumanity to man.
Mankind has been guided to this point by our collective thoughts rather than our hearts and those thoughts have been founded in the notion of lack not trusting that if we can surrender to the heart, we will be guided to what we need.
Such volume of negativity does not simply vanish because some of us begin to follow God consciousness choices instead. Especially since the majority of the population is still engaged in fear based activities.
So this matrix of fear based consciousness is ever present in our environment and influences our every moment - if we allow it to!
This matrix is most disruptive when it activates within us old behaviour patterns - neural networks in the brain which have been conditioned in us from an early age. They are behaviours which often arise from the lack of unconditional love we received as children although negative patterns can keep building through our lives if we are not in conscious observation of our thoughts, feelings and actions.
So the matrix 'taps into' these old routines causing us to make fear based choices if we are not vigilant. The matrix seems to thrive on the emotional energy we release when we make fear based choices - if you like we behave kind of like a battery emitting energy into the field.
In my experience, ALL conditioned behaviours based on neural networks within the brain cause us to release this energy to a greater of lesser extent - ie when we cannot trust in the guidance of the soul. When we are activating these networks internally, we are susceptible.
So what is the path forward through this environment?
Firstly to move to the place of the observer through all activities. Sooner or later we remove ourselves from attachment to the external drama.
In this place, we find we can more easily make choices guided by unity consciousness rather than separation consciousness. But the story doesn't end here.
To be most effective in life, mind body and spirit must become as one - the bodymind must be 'resurrected'. This means we have to go back into our daily activities and actively dissolve the old conditioned behaviours by exposing ourselves to them and continually making the higher choice.
It is only when we are fully resurrected in this way that we unfold our full capacity as human beings and as 'healers'.

How do we make choices from the heart?
hello there,
How do you distinguish a choice thats made by your heart and one thats made by your thoughts. What I meen by this is that I keep hearing that thoughts carry weight, so they have (in my experience) manifested themselves in my daily doings. I then take this to be guidance but I question whether it is and my head then starts to hurt. I guess what im saying is that, its very deceiving at times, and often I dont know wether im following one or the other. How do you distinguish?
Thanks!
RE: How do we make choices from the heart?
Hi Loud guitar,
The distinguishing factor for me when discerning whether or not my choice is mind or heart led is whether or not I feel a profound, unquestionable sense of peace within or not. To me this indicates whether the act is inspired by higher guiding consciousness.
Doubting a guidance from the heart (assuming that it is authenically gifted from higher consciousness) may evoke a feeling of disharmony within as we move from the heartspace and into the mind. One of the ways that this disharmony may manifest is as tension (i.e. headaches).
It really doesn't matter if there is a raging whirlwind of chaos around us or we are the only one in a room of five thousand people making a particular choice we experience being at one with the universal flow within the choice and we recieve everything we need to follow the action through.
Learning to discern the difference is a skill that does take time to learn.

Head or heart choices
Hi Loud guitar,
I find that there are a few distinguishing things that you may notice too if you try to watch how you are being.
I find head choices are much more "fixed" and carry expectations around the outcome being "right". They often relate to programs I am running and therefore can help me notice a program as well as the the mind lead choice which then offers me the chance to let another layer peel away.
I recently disappointed a friend by deciding not to go on holiday with her, even though it was booked a while ago and I was originally very excited about going. I was "brought up" to be reliable and loyal and until recently would not have dreamed of pulling out of this arrangement, especially when I could have easily mentally justified going on countless points: like needing some winter sunshine, not wanting to hurt my friend, might as well go as its paid for, I'll enjoy it when I'm there, shame to miss an opportunity to travel, etc.
However, because I am really practicing listening to myself, I could feel there was no energy in my heart to go away, that I am feeling pulled to sort out major things which need my personal attention here and that that is where my inner peace will come from rather than sitting in the sun. But I can assure you if I'd listened to my head it would have been a different outcome. The great thing is that I was able to stand in my truth and make that choice easily, despite my conditioning, simply because a couple of weeks ago in a different set of circumstances, I noticed "my loyalty/dependability program" and was able to let it go.
So the hard thing "to get"is that we are programmed to think that loyalty and reliability are "good" and indeed they are, but if we stick to that as a dogma, we will find ourselves making only mind based choices. Choices that are made with our eyes shut, without awareness. By listening to the energy, or guidance in my heart, (just by putting my attention there) I can know what to do without judging it good or bad, simply because I know that is the way to follow my path.
The heart led choices feel more like an energy pushing towards a certain direction or choice and often I can't logically understand it, so it's really important to abandon the need to understand it, to learn to follow it in an open minded way, and to know that the direction may change, (as circumstances move and flow), so all you are doing is "checking in" regularly and making adjustments to respond to the energy push or pull as it changes.
Now of course, your mind hates that kind of openness, it wants the goal all signed sealed and delivered, no room for deviations! So again, a bit of a challenge to stay tuned into the heart!
Hope that helps!
Lesley
How do we listen to the heart?
Hi Loudguitar,
What a great question you ask - something that frequently comes up. How do we know if we are following the heart and not the mind?
I concur with the two wonderful postings above by Trin and Lesley. There are a few points I feel a pull (from the heart) to add or expand on.
Firstly I think some clarity is necessary over what is meant by the "Heart". We are not talking about the organ itself of course nor are we talking about the heart chakra. The Heart also frequently gets confused with emotion; so when people say they are coming from the heart, they are frequently still coming from conditioned behaviours - ideas about what love and compassion are for example which are still derived from attachments.
What we are really talking about here is the soul. It is your unique expression of beingness that you came here to manifest. For countless years, the still small voice of the soul remains inaudible behind the loud, brash noise of the mind. It takes great dedication, commitment and perseverance to listen to the language of the soul and then to follow it.
Frequently its guidance will lead in the completely opposite direction to that of the mind - just as Lesley eloquently explains above in her holiday experience. That’s when people would prefer not to listen!
So how can we begin to listen to the heart/soul more effectively?
The key is to remove yourself from the drama by becoming the observer of yourself in all experiences and events. The one true purpose of being here is to find your own unique expression of the absolute - this can only be done by constantly tuning into what you are being inside.
How do you feel? Do you get tight at times? Do you get headaches when particular choices are made? Do you feel a sense of release when other are made? How do your choices effect your voice - do they make it more rapid, higher pitched or croaky? Or do your choices make it deeper, fuller toned, more steady? How does your solar plexus feel around making certain choices? Does your breathing get shallower or deeper?
There are countless other things to tune into which you will only begin to know WHEN you begin tuning into them. Once you do this, you begin building up an experience of who and what you really are beyond all the mental programming and conditioned behaviours. It will help to build up a picture of your particular traits of beingness and their likely distortions - take a read of...
7 rays of divine influence
These then are the experiences of your soul and as you transition from being attached to the external drama to tasting the sweetness of the soul, then it becomes easier to make choices ‘guided by the heart’ (soul).
In the beginning, if I was unsure, I would frequently ask the question "what is the universe revealing to me now?" If you ask that question and tune in to yourself and what’s happening around you, you will begin to perceive exactly what you are being shown through synchronicity (apparent chance coincidences; read...Divine synchronicity).
So for example, if you are trying to make a decision and you find your head starts to ache, you are being told something - don’t override the body because you WANT to make a decision, instead follow that choice which restores the harmony. That might be doing nothing simply because the right choice is waiting to arise naturally by itself...
- Can you wait until the mud has settled
and the water is clear?
Do you have the patience to remain unmoving
until the right choice arises naturally by itself?”
Lao Tzu
You might also try asking the question "what would you have me do now?" then settle inside the body, connect with the feelings of the soul, be calm and just watch and feel what you are being pulled to do.
It is then also important to watch the effects of your choices but again not from the place of what your mind desires the outcome to be or what you are afraid of it being.
The soul will always guide you to choices which cause greater self realisation both in yourself and others. This can lead to pain but sometimes pain is the way to greater realisation. Ultimately if you keep following the choices of the soul, NO MATTER WHAT THE PERSONAL COST TO YOURSELF, then you will discover expanding internal inner peace. You will become the master of ALL experiences because you are no longer victimised by any of them.
If you remember, at Openhand we have a powerful process for connecting to and following the soul. We call it "Openhand Way". It is simple to use and can be applied in our daily lives in every moment (go to Openhand Way). It is taught on our "Way of the Heart" course (click here for info Heart).
Best wishes

An inner "pull"
One phenomenon that I felt an inner "pull" to write about on this thread is exactly that - the "inner pull"!
What is it and how do we experience it?
In my experience the inner pull relates to our natural sense of intuition - if you like our sixth sense. The trouble is it can only really be heard when we quieten the endless chatter of the mind. The more we can master the moment in this way, the more we are likely to feel a simple pull to act on something or to do something.
If you find yourself struggling to hear the still small voice within, try asking the question "what would you have me do now?" Then simply follow the quiet inner knowing of what to do next before the mind has the chance to question and ignite doubt or skepticism.
This technique can be enhanced by bringing our attention down from the head and into the heart which tends to help us feel more.
One experiment you might try to strengthen your sixth sense is to go driving (either alone or with company) when you've got a day off and nothing particular to do. Simply drive according to where you feel "pulled".
At each junction ask the question "which way now" and respond immediately to what you feel pulled to do. Then witness any unusual things that might occur - any synchronicities or signs for example.
It's a great way to strengthen the inner pull and can be great fun too!

Amazing life energy attunement experience
We've just returned from facilitating a course at Findhorn in which we experienced a deeply profound life energy attunement phenomenon. It seems appropriate to share it here...
As explained in one of the above posts, at Openhand we've been introducing a new aspect to the work. We use an approach to meditation in movement which can be summarised with the nemonic "OPEN":
- "O" - being in the place of the observer
- "P" - playing with the flow of energy
- "E" - entraining to the energy experienced in the body
- "N" - noticing the effects
At particular in this course we were guided to practically abandon parts of the program after the preparation meditations and instead just follow what we were each pulled to do. In an atmosphere of playfulness, we were each encouraged to move the body as it wanted to be moved and just follow the experiences.
The result was truly breath taking with people releasing all kinds of blocked and locked in energy. Past life karma is stored in our energetic field which can negatively influence our whole lives - this kind of movement releases that energy so that we can be clear and free of it.
As a result, people can and do experience 'miraculous' healings. The key is to always be in the place of the observer of our selves and not need a particular healing or outcome to happen. We simply watch any inner tightness without the need to release it.
Instead we attune to the more subtle vibrations of the soul which then helps release the tightness - basically if you pour higher consciousness into a lower vibration, the lower energy rises to the surface and can be released. This is what was happening during our life energy attunement movements.
It is clear to us all that Openhand has come of age. It has evolved into a truly powerful self realisation and healing practice. If you'd like to taste this new level of attunement, it would be worth booking onto one of our courses or retreats.

What is energy attunement?
In my experience we are being given a guiding hand by higher consciousness to evolve and unfold the true essence of our inherent nature.
Never has it been more important that we attune to this energy for we are moving into very difficult times indeed. We are entering an era of consequences caused by our lack of at-one-ment with mother earth and her natural ecosystems.
So what is life energy attunement?
Imagine I have two tuning forks standing next to one another and I strike one to create a note. Without touching the other, it too will begin to play its own note. This is called 'resonance'. When one thing begins to resonate at the natural frequency of another, it sets up a powerful chain reaction.
Higher consciousness is continually playing us 'harmonics of musical notes' which can be felt as subtle vibrations within the body. Their purpose is to help us evolve more quickly.
How does this work?
Put simply, in our beings there are two basic levels of consciousness. That which forms the body/mind which we may call ‘separation consciousness’ and that which we may call ‘unity consciousness’ connecting us to the conscious life force in all things.
You could call the unity consciousness the ‘higher self’. Our journey of evolution is about making the transition from body/mind consciousness - separation consciousness - to unity consciousness.
We can witness this ‘opposing’ dynamic in every moment in the choices we make. They tend to fall into two categories; choices made from the belief in our separation, and those made by a pull to taste higher unity.
The first category of choices are fear based ones; “if I don’t go to work today I might loose my job and not be able to pay the rent”. In other words we don’t trust that if we tune in and follow the direction of unity consciousness we will receive EXACTLY what we need to be who we are.
The second category of choices comes from a place of love inviting us to express our unity with all things; for example something as simple as giving a car parking space to someone else even though we maybe late for an appointment.
If we follow the fear based choices, we create tightness in the mind arising from lack of trust. Stress builds as we begin to compete with others for the things we think we need or desire.
Contrary to popular belief, the mind exists not just somewhere in the head, it exists in EVERY cell of the body. If we are creating stress through our thoughts, then we will replicate that stress throughout the body.
Stress causes tightness strangling the very life energy from our billions of cells. Consequently we tend to identify with tight cells rather than loving unity consciousness. You could look at it this way; our being is an orchestra of activity where the more subtle instruments such as the flute and the piccolo are being drowned out by the base drum.
So how do I tune into the subtle vibrations?
The key is to turn down the noise of the base drum. In the beginning the best way to do this is through meditation but this needn’t necessarily be just sitting in a quietened room - especially if you have resistance to it (in which case you just end up playing the base drum again!).
Turning down the frantic ‘base’ noise of life can be achieved by doing those things that make our souls sing; such as a walk in the countryside or perhaps painting or playing music.
In these circumstances the key is then to notice what is happening inside the body and identify the subtle vibrations or feelings. In the beginning these might be very difficult to pick up because for many of us, they’ve been drowned out for so long.
However, if we’re persistent, we will most definitely sense them.
Once we've noticed the vibrations, attunement' or 'entrainment' is actually quite straightforward but again requires persistence. If we keep noticing the vibrations and feelings, simply by bringing our attention to them will cause constructive resonance - the vibrations are guidances which we intensify simply when we notice them.
Here at Openhand we have come up with a nemonic - way of remembering - for how to attune to universal life energy. It is "OPEN". The 'O' stands for moving into the place of the observer of ourselves and thereby watching and feeling what's happening for us without identifying with any of the effects - removing the aspect of need for something to happen.
The 'P' stands for play - we play with the movement of energy. The 'E' stands for entrainment which means following those movements or experiences which seem to intensify the energy flowing through us.
Finally the 'N' stands for noticing. We notice what effect the entrainment is having. These could be any of the following:
In the beginning the effects may be barely noticeable but they get stronger over time.
The outcome is to change the very nature of our cell structure as the tightness begins to release. As we know, what we are being on the inside is reflected on the outside through our experiences. So as we begin to process this inner tightness, events will occur in our lives to highlight where the tightness came from - struggling to find a parking space for example. Then in that moment where previously we might have made the lower choice - that based on our fears - we now have the opportunity once again to express instead the higher choice, the one based on love and unity.
Where does the path of love lead us?

Initially the path of greater harmony leads to much greater sense of inner peace as we let go of our identification with the external drama. The effects get even more more profound however if we continue to persevere.
Firstly we begin to change the entire cell structure of our bodies as we begin to perform inner alchemy. This brings with it may types of new skills like advanced intuition, clairvoyance, telepathy etc. etc.
The more we follow this path, eventually something else occurs which we may call ‘the transfiguration’ where we actually sense becoming unity consciousness - the soul or true self - bringing an overwhelming sense of joy and at-one-ment with the whole of life.
We taste qualities, skills and experiences within our beings that we probably never thought possible. Ultimately this path leads to our ascension and a new life beyond our wildest imaginations.
Is life energy attunement worth the perseverance? In my experience, most definitely!
