Which Gateway are you in on your Journey of Ascension?
Here is a brief summary of the five key expansions of consciousness that occur on the journey of ascension...
Which Gateway are you in?

or comment below...
- Gateway 1:"Awakening" - we directly sense the interconnectedness of all life and know that what effects one effects all. The intensity of experience through the five senses will have made a dramatic leap, as though the 'volume' was suddenly increased. That magic of the soul is unveiled to us and it we realise that it can never leaves us. Once Pandora's box has been opened there is no turning back!
Gateway 2:"Realignment" - we begin to walk the path of the soul in every moment. We follow our heart no matter what the perceived outcome will be because we trust that the universe knows best and the outcome with always be for the 'higher good'. We recognise that we have the choice to either walk in truth or immerse ourselves in an illusionary reality.
Gateway 3:"Transfiguration" - we experience a dramatic shift in perception from identification with the personality to being the Seer expressed as the soul. We have full kundalini activation whilst experiencing the whole of life through every cell of our being. We tend to experience complete at-one-ment with the universe.
Gateway 4:"Enlightenment" - we are in a continual enlightened state flowing freely without self identification or attachment to the drama of life. We have released our karma and the soul becomes fully integral within our being.
Gateway 5:"Resurrection" - our seven bodily vehicles of expression are finally cleansed, reactivated and re-energised. We unfold into multi-dimensional living. We are ascended.

The Flow and the Fifth Gateway
Hi Chris, Trinity
I have recently experienced a dramatic shift in understanding, in that I am not in the flow, I am the flow.
In the past I have had many experiences where I have been taken to and immersed into the sea of consciousness, felt its undulating and natural beauty and viewed the spirit world connect with it and change its sound, colour and feel.
As I came to understand this total connection with all things I was told that I was the flow and for a number of months struggled to identify with this. I now understand that as individuals we connect with the flow, whether this is within a tributary of, full flowing river or the depth of the sea. Once we truly connect to all things without resistance (this feels like your five gateways) we become all things i.e. we are the flow. We become the synchronicity, the vibration and the One.

Re: The Flow and the Fifth Gateway
Welcome to Openhand Adrian!
This is a powerful shift of awareness. Thank you for sharing. It sounds quite similar to my own journey of experience. You might find it very interesting to read 'Five Gateways'.
It explains in great detail the journey through the different gateways. I experienced what you describe during my initial awakening (Gateway 1) and then have undergone 16 years of embodiment of the timeless experience and interconnectedness of all things. The journey continues.
With Love
Trinity
Time
As I have just started my summer holiday (i work at a College so I get six weeks off) I will have plenty of time to read. Thanks
Adrian
Five Gateways book
Great - you can find more information here:
http://www.openhandweb.org/five_gateways_book
It's available as an ebook or at a very special price for an 'in your hands' hard copy.
:)
My wife has already ordered the book for me.
Many thanks
Adrian
I can't help but think!!
Trinity,
As I identified I work for a Further Education College and the 'powers that be' i.e Government Bodies have identified that the learning and skills sector (colleges, sixth forms, private training providers) has an obligation to provide 'soft skills' development for all learners through tutorial and enrichment. These soft skills (I would rather identify these as core skills) include spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding and key into what the OFSTED (Government body for inspecting Colleges and Schools) framework identifies as the 5 ECM's (Every child/ citizen matters).
Bullet points from the core spiritual development section:
discussing and reflecting on key questions of meaning and truth
developing the imagination
developing curiosity about life
appreciate a sense of wonder at the universe and world in which we live
plus others
I know that there are many opportunities to be involved with groups of tutors, learners and leaders within Colleges to develop these soft skills and the opportunity to provide these institution with practical guides and 'workshop' guidance. Maybe even a book??
The FE sector is (from an internal perspective) lost with these sorts of things but are driven to develop and deliver these aspects of learning and understanding (after all they will be measured against this by OFSTED)
I wondered if there was a potential for co-development (My understanding of the educational setting and your activist approach to apply) of text, workshop activities and even staff development workshops that you may be interested in looking at in the future?? There are 640 FE Colleges across the UK.
Hope you don't take this as being presumptious of me, just synchronicity
I also know that this topic probably does not fit in this section. So appologies for that
Adrian
Adrian
Hi Adrian,
That sounds like a wonderful idea although we tend not to undertake 'co-development' projects unless we have a deep and ongoing connection with those parties involved and even then we have to make sure that it is divinely given to do so.
The Openhand work tends to attract facilitators/instructors within various fields who are touched and inspired by the work, in whatever way is unique to each individual.
We trust that those aspects that inspire and help are brought forth and animated through the work that they then carry out through their own area of speciality.
Perhaps you might feel moved to get a feel for Openhand and the way we work by attending one of the workshops or courses?
Trinity
Couldn't agree more :)
Trinity,
The mental thought of 'wouldn't it be a good idea if' is one thing. I also do not embark on projects unless the path is pure and only through connection would we possibly feel that resonance. This is why I identified the possibility in the future. If I join one of your workshops (I hope to) it will certainly not be through my thought process, if I am meant to be there I will be. I know that what I wrote is certainly 'cart before the horse' but as I act on the flow, hey presto you now know about College initiatives and a bit more about me

Gateways Global Standard
Hi Adrian,
A warm welcome to the Openhand site.
Just to add to what Trinity said, I have a strong feeling "Five Gateways" is destined to become a global standard for spiritual evolution.
I have the clear feeling to set up a Gateways Foundation and invite people from around the world to join in. I believe that will come in time. For now, we're simply inviting people to experience the work.
We already have a clear stepwise program for people to assimilate the approach and become Gateways Facilitators to help them in their work.
As Trin says, if you feel to get involved, you would be warmly welcomed (and anyone else reading this for that matter!).
Chris
Hey Chris!
These are certainly poignant moments for me, I rarely come across people such as yourselves (it is usually connection with pure spirit that wows me) and when I have, I have an overwhelming desire to embrace every facet of their/ your being. This is not for the 5 gateways approach per say but for your overwhelming parallel to the purity of the spirit world and my connection to it. Your words are precious and meaningful, giving many a map to an undiscovered country. The true catalytic event (for me) on an earthly plane is the physical connection made between people without prejudice. I hope to experience yours and Trinity's connection at a future point and your work.
