I find uncertainty to be a creative force in life that encourages one to pay a profound and courageous attention to the body/mind/identity only to find that uncertainty is already a reality within; experienced every moment, in all immediate experience.

Yes Jen, love this part too, an ongoing experiential inquiry indeed:

"""Here's the crucial key to creating positive change from higher consciousness: you only hit a crossroads of uncertainty, because some aspect of being is now wanting to come through, but needs time and encouragement to reveal. And when you find that new aspect, embody and express it, then it manifests miraculously. You're self actualising in that moment - bringing The One into reality through your soul - you literally shape the Universe around you."""

So then there is certainty in face of uncertainty... It is the allowing of the ‘body wisdom’/’inner wisdom’/soul to come through; the beingness which is already there, always to be trusted and which does not want to live a life of simple calculation. I love this poem by Anne Hillman who also so eloquently expresses this.

We look with uncertainty
beyond the old choices for
clear-cut answers
to a softer, more permeable aliveness
which is every moment
at the brink of death;
for something new is being born in us
if we but let it.
We stand at a new doorway,
awaiting that which comes…
daring to be human creatures,
vulnerable to the beauty of existence.
Learning to love.

With Light & Blessings to all.
