I am many things. I have in this life been a daughter, a student, a physician, a healer, a shaman, a farmer, a writer, an activist, a channel, a mom, and a meditator. Right now, I am endeavouring to simply be the One that Is within the beguiling Maya that is life on planet Earth.

I am Isis, the Queen
And I am the little urchin abused on the street
I am the flower aching to open
And I am the dying tree
I am the Light of love
And the Darkness of rage
I am the foolish Joker
And I am the Sage

I am the large, the insignificant
The question, the call
I AM, the Torus
The experience of it ALL.

I believe I am here to be a bridge from the dense, rigid failing systems I have been born into, to the emerging dimensions of Light I have witnessed on my inner journey. We are living in interesting times and I find myself being one of the Openhand team - able to tune into many layers and bringing those insights to bear in my own life and those that would want to work with me.

I am an intuitive channeller, picking up energies, symbols and impressions from the energy field of those that seek insights into their life situations, illnesses or their own Path. Like the rest of the Universe, I am very much a learner and am being transformed as I endeavour to facilitate transformation. Biography

Life is one big miracle. For as long as I can remember, I had the thought "I have to go where people need help", until I suddenly found myself in the middle of Africa.

While working for a humanitarian organisation in South Sudan in 2015, I became very aware that the world was not as I had previously assumed from Europe. As if a switch had been flipped inside me, I began to look critically at the functions and background of my society as well as my own life.

After a short while, I became aware of Openhand and immediately felt that there was a great resonance for me behind the sharings of Open. Since then I have been aware that there will be a future with me and Openhand and throughout this time Openhand has held me and accompanied me in my own process.

Since then Africa has taught me plentiful of lessons. My stay in Mali from 2016 until the beginning of 2021 has given me the time and space to look at myself and my karmic entanglements in detail. I am extremely grateful for this.

I learned that I have a very good connection to the energies of the angelic realms and from then on, I took up and cultivated contact with various angels in order to be able to perceive and use them better in my life. I would like to make these wonderfully gentle and yet powerful energies accessible to those who can benefit from them.

My service

In mid-2020 I started the Openhand Facilitator School to develop my own style of consciousness work with the support of angelic forces and to offer my services on Openhandweb. Now the time has come and I am honoured, especially having also recently taken on the role of Openhand Outreach Coordinator - connecting with other groups and communities to share the Openhand message.

My personal offer is carefully created with the idea of reconnecting you with your very own human nature, so that you can better perceive yourself and develop your full potential. During a session we are always accompanied by our guardian angels and some archangels to protect the space, to support us in recognising and integrating stressful life situations.

Hello, dear soul, thank you for connecting. I am Joy. That is not the name you'd find on my birth certificate, no. It is, however, the name – the word, sensation, vibration – that has come back to me again and again, through a number of different experiences. At one point I realised that, if it keeps coming back? It's obviously mine. So now, I am Joy.

I have been on this journey for all of my life, it sometimes seems. Certainly from my early teens. Feeling that there had to be more to this existence than what I could see and feel and know; looking and yearning for something bigger. For connection. Reaching for that memory of what once was and always is …

I've explored different approaches and philosophies to try and find that connection again, to remember myself, but never caught more than fleeting glimpses. Until I found Openhand. I've gone through some pretty dark times and deeply shattering experiences on this journey, too. And likely will again. But I trust Universe to guide me, to hold me – as it has always done in the past, for even in the darkest of times, when I was lost and confused, didn't know where to turn and felt as if my life could not go on, there was a helping hand reaching out to me, just when I needed it most.

So if you're looking for something bigger, for connection, for the memory of soul; or if you're lost and confused and don't know where to turn – I'd like to reach out my hand to you, to hold you steady, and help you lift yourself up again.

My Service

If I were to apply a label to me and the way I work, it would be highly empathic energy worker. I sense and feel things in the energy field around us and in the energy field of the people I'm working with. Most often that translates to physical sensations such as tightness, tension, heat, tingling, etc. From there I follow intuition and inner guidance in how to work with what I sense, letting the energy itself tell me what wants to happen.

This, for me, more often than not includes working directly with the energy itself, animating what got stuck and moving what wants to be moved. And I mean that literally – I move the physical in response to the energy. That can be sweet and gentle; more often than not, however, a little more oomph is required to get stuff moving, and then there is coughing and throwing the body around. (Looks ridiculous? Maybe. Highly effective? Oh, yes.)

At this point in time, I offer one-to-one facilitation sessions as well as transformational healing meditations. These are small group meditations that provide a safe and protected space for internal explorations, releasing emotions, and working through density. You will be guided, you will be held, and if anything comes up, we can work through it.

All services are offered both in English and in German … ;-)

There is still a slight sense of surprise inside about having reached this point; even knowing, feeling for so long that this is where the path was meant to go, where it was leading me. A sense of surprise and of great expansion, too, of a new, exciting space opening inside, in the field and the soul, ready to welcome and embrace all who resonate.

(And also a great sense of amusement as I'm watching a part of me that's kind of looking around, trying to see the person you're talking about because, uh, what? I didn't do anything? I was just working to embody more and be as authenic as I can, to just be and express, for no other reason but because it felt right! )

I'd also like to add a big thank you to all of Team Openhand for ... everything, really. Everything since my first Openhand weekend retreat, back in September 2016, when I skipped my mother's birthday party and shortened the long planned holiday with one of my closest friends, to get into a spaceship (a Ford Galaxy, to be precise), and brave the journey (I hate driving) to go to Belgium for a Breakthrough Intensive. I’m highly empathic, so I feel a lot. I don’t do the work for you

but many times energy processes through me aiding you in

your process. This can show up in many different ways.

For example, my body may start to move, express emotions,

burp, cough, yawn, sigh or any other number of things. It’s all

energy and when the energy is ready to be released I’m here to help.

Being highly empathic also means:

I can feel where you are holding onto things in your body, where you

get tight, where you have pain. This becomes the roadmap to unraveling as I

navigate you through.

I see you:

I see the light shining brightly in you even when you can’t see it in yourself.

And I can help you embrace your shadow and shed the grip it has on you.

I hear you:

I hear the words you speak, I hear the words you don’t speak.

And I listen for what your soul is saying by what words spike in the field.

Biography

Who knew life would be such a constant learning experience, but that’s what makes it so juicy right?! Our challenges, if approached in a conscious way can only lead to inner transformation and greater self-realization. So, with that in mind, back in 2005 I made a declaration to the universe to “throw everything you’ve got at me”. Well, it’s certainly been a wild ride I can tell you!

It’s been highly important to me on my own path here on Earth to ground higher dimensional ‘knowings’ and feelings into a 3D framework. Therefore, the higher and lower self are not separate but interwoven, mirroring each other.

My particular strengths lie in resonating a frequency which always brings you closer to your true self. Whether confused, feeling lost or alone, in emotional chaos, or experiencing OC interference, for me it’s always about bringing you back to your essence. From there anything can happen!

For me the two most powerful areas that have catalysed my ascension process are:

1) Relationships – A partner relationship holds all the mirrors up and may leave no stone left unturned. If approached in a conscious way it can be both a tremendously beautiful and extremely powerful catalyst for ascension.

2) Making friends with death – To me, the energy of death is essential to apply to the transformation process. One reality has to break down in order for a freshly aligned one to emerge.

For me, the Openhand approach to the 5D shift has been the clearest and most complete on my journey so far. I feel blessed to be able to offer my own service as part of the 5D ascension process.

Co-creating a more aligned and empowered YOU

As a facilitator I often find myself in role of ‘weaver of stories’. This means that I can put together the different pieces of the puzzle and point my finger on what’s really going on for you at a deeper level. People mostly experience me as grounding and non-judgemental. Sessions can often take you deep into your pain while also leaving room for lightness and perspective.

Though my background is in psychology, I’m aware of its limitations and therefore apply a wholistic approach focussing on what the energy is doing on a spiritual level and using the body as compass pointing us toward the blockage that needs to be unravelled. Then, we’ll bring in that soul gold as you expand into a new state of being.

Pricing and contact

Sessions over Skype or Zoom usually last 1 hour and can sometimes go for 90 minutes. For anyone who wants to meet in person, I live near Linz in Austria. My rate is €65 (£60 / $70 US)

Openhand stage 2 facilitator

Rich has a strong and comforting energy to work with. You'll feel safely held as you explore into life's most challenging of karmic issues (he's affectionately known to some as 'the bear'!). He also has a greatly loving and empathic supportive energy, able to cut to the chase and locate the energetic source of the problem. With a complementary career background, plus a great richness of life experience (especially around family relationships), he brings a crafted wisdom to client engagements. He's also effectively developing starsoul bridges, to greatly amplify the realigning nature of his work. So people feel held and safe, whilst at the same time, able to go deep and unveil their consciousness.

For me, your special talent lies in that you are able to create and hold the aliveness and safety within the relational field, despite the pain of the present moment. Big welcome Richard to the Facilitator's team. I really enjoyed getting to know you last year on the Transfiguration course. You have such a calm, grounded and gentle presence.
