The Prophet - Kahlil Gibran

|

“The Prophet” by kahlil Gibran was originally published in 1923. It has since become a spiritual classic and for many years now a firm favourite of mine!

The Prophet is told in the form of a story with the finest interlace of deeply inspirational poetry.

Inspirational spiritual children's books

|

This page is dedicated to any books that we find particularly inspirational for children. It can be particularly important in this day and age to remind our little ones of their natural state of heartfelt being.

Way of the peaceful Warrior

This is a very powerful book by Dan Millan. It charts his spiritual awakening and journey to enlightenment aided by a mystical peaceful warrior called 'Socrates'. It contains some powerful wisdom and explainations of the pitfalls it is easy to fall into as one becomes self realised. It talks of life becoming a meditation and tuning into the inner guidance of the body. A good read for anyone on the path.

The Reconnection - Dr Eric Pearl

The 'Reconnection' is a truly wonderful read inspired by higher consciousness. It is about the experiences of the author, Dr Eric Pearl, a chiropractor who began to witness....

Illusions: The Adventures of a reluctant Messiah by Richard Bach

An excellent read about an enlightened individual who has evolved the power to see beyond the illusion of the physical world and change space time through the power of intent. Here's a quote that gets the essence of the book:

"You are led through your lifetime by the inner learning creature,

the playful spiritual being that is your real self.

Don't turn away from possible futures before you're certain you

don't have anything to learn from them.

You're always free to change your mind and choose a different

future, or a different past."

"The Shamanic Way of the Bee" by Simon Buxton

No matter where we live, there is a hidden world going on all around us full of magic, mystery and adventure. Quite literally what we perceive as ordinary reality is far, far more than this, containing secret knowledge which was understood by an ancient, arcane tradition that still exists quietly in our midst. This knowledge, hidden and carefully preserved over thousands ofyears is revealed for the first time in this book by Simon Buxton – where magic is only a wing flutter away and reality is seen through compound eyes.
