An explorer of life would probably best describe me. I have always been searching for a deeper truth behind my experiences in this lifetime and the reason why I am here. That journey has from time to time been very challenging, yet rewarding at the same time, step by step uncovering the authentic flow of my soul in the process (and there is still so much more to explore and discover!). When my explorations led me to the shores of the Openhand website, there was immediately a deep resonance and sense of coming home.

Are you ready to see the world with new eyes!? Are you ready to feel it all and come fully alive!? These are some of the questions one might want to ponder as they embark on this inner journey.

Facilitation is a natural process for me - no different, in a sense, from connecting with an animal or communing with nature. And, like the growth of a flower (flow-er, geddit?), contrary to what a lot of us have been taught, rather than amassing lots of knowledge through books and learning, the best thing we can do to grow, spiritually, is to learn to let go. But then, as some of my clients have told me, until you get the hang of it, this isn’t the easiest of things to do!

These are truly exciting times that we live in. Many are waking up to the possibility that the material-based reality is just an illusion and there is much more to life. We instinctively yearn to find our own truth, but the pressures of modern society lock us out of a deeper meaning. Feelings of confusion and separateness may surface, leaving an impression that the world is not what it seems. That is often the beginning of a truly magnificent journey towards awakened living!

The body is vibrantly intelligent, a living breathing vessel for consciousness. It is worthy of our utmost attention, respect and care. It holds for us our experiences, our fear, our guilt, our anger, our sorrow. It holds these so that we can see where we have mis-placed our identity.
