It's a good question Average Joe (I suspect there's nothing average about you!) - how to connect into these energies of the 5D Ashram (or any 5D energies for that matter) and not get diverted into the 4D Simulation bubble?

There are some essential insights, that we're constantly sharing here on the site and in the work:

1. Make sure your meditations are anchoring and grounding first: such as the Openhand Bow
2. Work to open through the chakras and into the singularity through them
3. Take care not to be distracted by energies 'out there' - you're not looking to associate with angels etc etc
4. When density such as karma triggers, then make sure you turn into it and work with it
5. Start to pick up the sense of the faster interconnected flows of energy - the flow, and the pull, backed by signs and synchronicity. Crucially though, let higher knowing spark your actions and watch the signs click in around you, as opposed to following them.
6. Pick up the sense of new infusing energies wanting to come alive in you and embody them
7. Constantly work on being connected in your sacred ground within, through the chakras, into the Torus - work to always come from this Kundalini Flower of Life.

Yes, it does require a lot of practice and mastery over time. But that's the point of the Shift and why we are here.
