What is Openhand Spiritual Coaching about?

We each came here to discover the truth about what we are, to feel the abundant freedom of inner peace. Within us lie the answers to every issue or problem we face in our lives. Frequently however, those answers are clouded by thoughts, fears, worries or illusionary goals and ambitions.

Sometimes it benefits us to have a listening ear to help uncover the answers buried within. At Openhand, we listen with an open mind and open heart helping you unveil your own truth.

What type of help is available?

We offer advice and help across a wide range of areas including:

• your true life’s purpose
• relationship problems
• career path and goals
• anxiety, fear, worry and stress
• spiritual unfolding

The work is carried out using a unique blend of one-on-one interaction synthesising astute questioning with guided meditation. Our purpose is to help you connect with your unique inner guidance and thereby reveal your own wisdom.

How is the work carried out?

To find the right answer, we must first unveil the right question. So we ease people into a relaxed meditative state and facilitate questions to arise intuitively. Then with perceptive guidance, the answers are revealed.

The work is carried out either face to face or over the telephone.

To ensure that the guidance is of real benefit to you, simple and yet powerful tools are provided to apply in your daily life.

Investment in your future?

Rather than a cost to you, we consider the work to be an invaluable investment in your future. We charge £30 per hour for that investment. There are two payment options available:

• Pay-as-you-Go: - schedule as many appointments as you like to suit your needs
• Monthly Retainer: - pay £150 for four 90 minute sessions including email support
