Due to disruptive nature of society, it's probably the case that with most, the lower self is separated from higher spiritual awareness at a pretty early age. Whether it be the programmed and conditioning behaviours of our parents, excito-toxins in our food or the electro-smog of modern day gadgetry, effectively the soul is fragmented into the bodymind and a barrier inserted to higher dimensional beingness. Our divine birth right is truncated. Most hardly notice the downgrading effect. That is until one day, we're reunited with multi-dimensionality, realise the profound blessing and embark on a path of realignment, reunification and at-one-ment with the divine. How might we catalyse this reharmonisation?...

Creating a sacred space is like giving yourself a loving embrace from the cosmos. It’s a way of both loving ourselves and honouring the divinity that flows through all things. Our personal sacred space can be like a sanctuary to help us realign with higher consciousness, whenever we lose touch. It is somewhere that reminds us of our innate spiritual nature, resounding a vibration that takes us back to our divine beingness. It’s amazing how quickly we can flow back to divinity, if we lovingly tend a space for that very purpose. It can become a highly charged portal to the divine. Can something so divine be so simple? It can indeed. Creating a sacred space isn’t complicated at all.

There is a divine haven of peace and harmony within us all somewhere - even though it may, at times, be difficult to find. It's possible to tune into it wherever we are, whatever the circumstances, although we can make it much easier for ourselves if we create a sacred space on the outside too.

My experience is of a space of timeless, emptiness, a place of liberation. It is a paradoxical internal experience that encompasses all things. Form dissolves into the formlessness from which it arose and reforms a new. When I look, I see this boundless beingness at the heart of us all.

When we embark on the mystical path of Ascension, we're essentially performing inner alchemy. Everything is consciousness, even matter and energy. They're all formed from 'elementals' of awareness. Even when people are awake to the interconnectivity of their soul, there's still varying degrees of insensitivity and identification with the physical. In other words the subtlety of the soul is getting dissipated - drowned out - within the density of Separation Consciousness. One utterly invaluable way of dissolving this identification and thereby catalysing our spiritual evolution - our Ascension - is through Deep Consciousness Bodywork...

What ‘success’ means is unique and personal to each of us. Yet most of us still live in a society where success is determined by what ‘people out there’ have decided success is. In fact, an inward feeling (often hidden) of 'not feeling good enough’ because of ‘what other people will think’ is one of the most common concerns that I see amongst awakening people. Personal worth is still frequently measured by what we have to show for what we’ve done - material goods, exams passed, property gained, certificates achieved, goals attained or targets reached. And by far the biggest determining factor of success is the degree to which a person is validated and approved by others.

Authenticity is one of those fascinating subjects that spiritual seekers love to sink their teeth into. The egoic mind feels threatened by it, because the true energy of authenticity means the demise of ego led behaviour. If we logic it solely through the intellect, then we can rapidly lose the meaning behind it. Authenticity is a simple way of being that rises spontaneously, without control, from the core...

It's so easy to create illusionary realities on the path. Subtle essences of ego know how the soul is likely to act in particular circumstances. We've 'seen' what 'Enlightenment' looks like and a part of the soul might want to copy that. It's kind of like an echo of the real thing. These are the shadow identities that can be so deceptive. We're in a place of bliss perhaps, but is that where the soul is meant to be? It's not helped by the persistence of an "Opposing Consciousness" in the field, a purposeful energy with an underlying agenda to limit mankind's evolution. But if we can be honest with ourselves, there'll be an unease with any false dawns. We'll find the true light...

Whether we know or not, each of us is on a journey. Even when you touch presence, that's not the end, just the beginning. It's not a fixed journey, it's constantly shifting and changing according to the realisations we make. Destiny is not a destination, but a way of being. There's a constant underlying pull designed purely to reveal the majesty and splendour of who you are. If we know how to align with this underlying pull, in every moment, then our lives will become simply magical. The "aha" moment lands that actually, there's simply nothing else going on...
