A lot of people in The Shift are reporting a good deal of depressive "grey" energy around them in the field at this time. It's heavy, dense and demotivating. It makes people feel stuck, depressed, and somehow the usual creative flow of divine manifestation is retarded.

It means that things we might reasonably expect to come to fruition, don't.

What might be the cause of this and how can we deal with it?

The pace of change is hotting up across our planet day by day. If it's not the system constantly introducing new ways to constrain freedoms, new distractions to entertain or enslave, new gadgets and widgets that we simply must have, then there's The Shift itself, which is pulling at the very bedrock of our reality. To add to the complexity, the soul is constantly looking for new expression and evolved ways of being. So in this cauldron of profound change, how might we find lasting contentment and fulfillment? It's a tricky balancing act, but there is certainly a way, providing we focus on some key essentials:

As we progressively evolve consciousness in The Shift, we'll encounter the tumultuous karma of our past lives, including the turbulent experiences with the Intervention. Many of the Star Being Nations have been at loggerheads in the past. Now is the time for great planetary healing, which can only begin through acceptance and forgiveness.

Great shifts of consciousness are happening out there in the field, and felt deeply within our very cells too. A Great Realignment is taking place, that evolving people are experiencing in every aspect of their lives: in relationships, careers and general living circumstances. Everything is of consciousness, and so as we emerge from the old paradigm, the very fabric upon which our lives have been founded is unravelling. As we process karma, it can often feel like being pulled through the eye of a needle, as first you contract into the density, and then emerge gloriously out the other side. How do you best ride this phenomenal rollercoaster?

As 3i/Atlas hurtles around our Sun, it's signalling an "inflexion point" between the Old Paradigm and the New. We'll find ourselves challenged mentally and emotionally as the internal relationship constructs break apart. New 3D/5D hybrid states will create as the light breaks through. You may feel as if you have one foot in the old reality and one in the new. It all depends on how you perceive it: in fear and contraction as the old way of living progressively perishes? Or with excitement and adventure at the major opportunity?

The planetary field is changing right now in extraordinary ways: the speed of vibration is accelerating and opening up, as the new Planetary Soul "Avalonia" gets into gear. Our bodily vehicles are nothing but vibrational frequency - we can change with the ascending field, providing we go deep within, equalise with the density, but then transform it with a shift in our perceptions. We become more fluid and malleable in our existence.

These are amazing times of great transformation for the earth and for humanity. People everywhere are graciously stepping out of the darkness of separation and disconnection from the divine. With each passing day, ever more are realising their interconnectedness and at-one-ment with all life. It is a breathtaking liberation! But as souls emerge, there are still many traps and fixations. We must not settle in fixed reality constructs. The soul is a continually inquiring, exploring and unwinding 'creature', at the core of our experience. Its expression is intimately interrelated with Enlightenment.

That's why we must be careful not to slip into the uniformity of the 'non-duality' trap...

There can be nothing like awakening to your deeper spirituality. To know that you are an interconnected part of the whole and loved unconditionally by the divine is the deepest blessing. There often comes with it an enormous sense of gratitude, followed by the commitment to make essential changes in your life. But quite often, in a world of disfunction and disharmony, where every offering works to enslave in the old ways, it can seem a monumental task. Monumental it can be, but you don't have to get there in one giant leap! And it's essential to realise that ALL distortion - even those of the matrix - are founded on truth. That's why lasting change can happen through progressive innovation. Here's how...

Right now, to me, out there in the field, many are saying it's pretty hard going..."It feels like grind and graft". The field feels turgid, with a lot of energetic sh** being stirred up. I always remind people this is a good thing - it moves dense energy on. But that doesn't make it easy! And I also remind you we've been here a thousand times. And sometimes I think... "Really? What again?" But this is what it takes, and we are breaking through. I can feel the light shining through the density. Signs and synchronicity are stacking up that we're "Dredging the Bottom of the Barrel". Now that might sound pretty unpleasant to some, not something you'd be pleased about. But we can be. Here's why...

Day by day the shift gathers a pace. And as we pass through the Inflexion Point, the crossroads between the old and the new paradigms, then the karmic construct gets increasingly challenged. Many layers of the matrix have been opened up and a river of light is fast gaining momentum through it. But at the same time, we're dredging the dregs at the bottom of the barrel. I witness it stirring some very virulent and ancient 'demonic' entities. Awareness is the key to overcoming these, by steeling our resolve, we can forge sovereign souls and drop deep into Samadhi. Find the eye of the storm, and the deceptive interference that's clinging on, will wash away in its own turbulence...

The classic mainstream idea of soulmates seems to be that you meet on a cloud and sail off happily into some distant sunset, there to live happily ever after in coupled bliss. It's a very limited perspective! In my experience, soulmates appear at key times on your journey, so as to have great experiences, yes, but also, to push you to the limits, to find ever deeper aspects of your unrevealed self. A soulmate will have exactly the right configuration to encourage you to find your highest light, and also, to dig deep into your density. Once the 'soul agreement' is complete, you may walk parallel paths a while longer, or you may diverge and each go their own way.

In my experience, parting was a gut wrenching illumination,
that initiated the apex of soul integration for both...

It's getting 'sticky' and disruptive in the field out there right now. I can feel the Opposing Consciousness like an old whirlpool trying to suck people back in - every excuse why not to take the straight and narrow path forwards. If you set about following your highest truth, at times you'll feel pulled in two opposing directions. Now is not the time to waiver! Believe in yourself, believe in your soul, believe that you are connected to a higher power that has your interests, and that of all sentient life, at heart. Now is the time to push on, to breakthrough. In the stormy waters we're passing through, tie yourself to the mast my friend!...
