One of the things I expressed recently to the group on pilgrimage, and what we worked with, is that there is ONLY the process. When you understand and embrace this, it changes the dynamic of your life.

What do I mean by this? It's especially relevant in the all-important, upcoming US election.

Is one side good? Is one side evil? Do I see Senators or Saucerers? Neither. In fact all you're seeing are outward projections of your own polarisations - one's own judgments.

The key is to see the reflection that especially triggers in you - the one that tightens and closes you down. Then to work to open through it. Now instead, what's the highest version of you that you can express?

When you stop judging the moment as either 'good' or 'bad', 'right' or 'wrong', then what happens is you free the soul to express naturally and authentically. You then find 'rightness' with the flow and actualise that greater harmony in your life.

'Its ONLY the process' that simple statement has resonated on another level for me. It simplifies life in a new way, not to get caught up in all the dramas but concentrate only on what triggers inside, be in it and open up through it. I have heard those words often but its hit me deep this time like a gong. 🎶

Thank you, Erin, for your kind words and the feedback! 🧡 It helps a lot and encourages me (and us at Openhand) to keep going.

I just want to say to everyone, that everything is a process indeed, and making these videos is part of my soul's journey as well. Sometimes in the process of making I encounter technical challenges, sometimes it feels like a lack of creative ideas or I'm facing difficulty in finding an appropriate video clip. Everything counts as an experience on the journey and how I am working to open up through these. What stands out for me from this latest episode is this:

Authentic doing is the effect of authentic being"

Finding the space of non-identity within self and coming from that place in everything I do helps to navigate through this life with more ease and it feels like flowing through it with grace. Becoming one with the experiences takes away (or at least reduces) the struggle. I love the feeling of being only an observer of my life and wish to be more in that state as opposed to the identity.
