Hi Open,

I recently shared news of a new meditation class I’ve put together with a close family member. It was something I was really excited about after the idea popped into my head, and had already organised a venue and booked a date for the first class. When I shared the news with my family member, they did not share the excitement as I had anticipated they would. I sensed the sticking point for them was the name of the class but still, I felt the drop in energy all the same.

Is this a form of incredibly subtle (and maybe some level of unconscious) gaslighting, or is it an inability to see and understand my vision?
